Just because i cant rate them 0 i will give them 1 star, this place has a terrible service i came in in August with my son and my daughter my daughter ordered eye contacts for the whole year they gave her trials for 1 month and had to use them more than that because they never called us in to pick them up we went to see what was going on they told us that the only had contacts for her that she will use only for 6 months that the rest were behind in shipping, she recived her contacts completely until today January 16 2015 i honestly do NOT recomend this place to absolutly nobody.

Ive been coming here for the last three years for glasses and contacts. Customer service is above average and even with a new owner customer service it still the same. Everythings better here except for prices are a few dollars more then the big stores. The way I get treated here is well worth the few bucks I will save at the big stores which is the reason I will continue to come. Im going back next week to make sure my trial contacts are the right fit.

I came here for a few years and am sad to say I have to leave extremely disappointed and upset. The optometrist missed my retinal detachments despite reporting the symptoms thoroughly and 2 years later I had to get an emergency surgery at Kaiser because I was losing my vision. Please go to Kaiser and not here if you have the option! Waiting time is also long and they dont seem to be very coordinated.
