This was my first ever visit to a doctor in the US ever since I have come here. I came here to get my eye cleaned up as something had fallen inside and just wouldnt come out. Though it was 4th of July weekend and the clinic was closed, the doctor happened to be there and agreed to do a check up. She was very patient and made sure I understand the insurance coverage and stuff. Once she treated me, she contacted to see if Im doing ok!

Fantastic customer service. Not only did they get my glasses within the promised timeline, but they happily adjusted them and even tightened the screws without my asking when I came back later and they noticed them getting a tiny bit loose. The salesperson helped me pick my frames because I am helpless when it comes to that, and I have received dozens of compliments on them. Thank you so much!

Candace and the team at Sight Optometry are awesome! I originally found her because she was close and the only one open late and on Sundays. Ive been going there for the last 8 years now and will continue to do so. Its almost like visiting family! By the way, 5 years ago, I moved to Marin and my wife and I still drive past hundreds of optometrists to see Candace every year.

Poor experience, do not go here. Very unprofessional doctor, rudimentary knowledge. Made me feel uncomfortable, rolled her eyes, gave basic diagnosis without doing any necessary tests. I shudder to think anyone else should have that experience. There are lots of great optometrists in Mountain View - go somewhere else!

Candace was amazing to me, and so were any and all employees i came in contact with. One of the sleekest looking establishments Ive been to on Castro, easily. Out of the several optometrist near Sight, very few of them are comparable, and even then dont match the selection and hospitality given by those at Sight.

When I tried to buy contacts online, the website called Sight Optometry to confirm my prescription (required by law). Sight Optometry refused to give them my prescription, even though they are legally required to hand it out. This happened a couple times. Otherwise, they seemed quite nice and competent.

The quality of the exams, service, and frame selection are all very strong. The wait times are atrocious, though. Exams tend to be late and if you walk in to pick up your glasses without an appointment, forget about it. The place seems to be staffed to the bare minimum so youll be there a while.

Candace Kuo has a great attitude and was very detailed with me. I have a notoriously fine detailed prescription and I appreciated her care for getting it perfect. Staff helped me select glasses, and were great too.
