When my daughter was about six I took her to an eye doctor for the first time and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our lives. The doctor was so awful to us that I did not take my daughter back to a eye doctor for several years until the school nurse became concerned about her inability to read. When I took my daughter to Dr. Coe he discovered that she had a very serious eye condition that will affect her for the rest of her life. The first doctor we took her to knew about it and didnt tell us and because she did not get the therapy she needed when she was young the damage is permanent and will never get better. Dr. Coe helped us to understand her condition and get her the glasses that she needed. The staff there is friendly and the visits are always very quick. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Coe!

bought a pair of glasses here, the transition coating started pelling off, call them. they said nothing they can do, only a 90 day warrenty an the lenes , found out they where made ar CI lads which the CI stand for correctional instution, which is in eastern washington, (made at a prison) so now i have a pair of junk glasses i cannt use that even with my insurance i payed over $200 out of pocket for, should of just added a 100 of more and went to a better place and had a 1yr plus warrenty, glasses that last 3 months @200+ dallors is over $800 a yrs, wow could of had the very top of the line pair for that, so, shop around first aak questions before u buy

These people were verrrry rude. I wanted to ask very simple questions and they werent helpful at all. They said one thing over the phone then denied saying it face to face. There a 2 other optometrists in town. I would advise everyone to avoid these ppl. They also seemed to be in a rush to get me to leave with no intention of actually helping me

Horrible customer service. I went in 10 minutes before they closed and not only did they laugh at my questions (which were valid questions) they had no interest in helping me because they wanted to leave early. I suggest going literally anywhere else. They are very rude

Dr Coe addressed the issue with my changing vision and there were no issues after the fact like my last optometrist missed. new glasses and contacts, staff is good and not pushy. Helped me pick out glasses that looked great and felt good when on. Go see them!
