This is the best place ever to get Contacts! Hands down! Mary Jane is AMAZINGLY cool and nice and goes the extra mile ALWAYS to help. Just one example that really shows how she is different than most..A couple years back, I went in to pick up a box of my monthly contacts and I found out that the last time I was there apparently the check I wrote had bounced. (In the end it turned out to be an error on the banks side of things, but she did not know that.) This happened around Christmas time so things were extra tight money wise for us. I just had enough money to cover my contacts and I was about to go out of town. Now I find I owe twice what I had expected to pay plus the fee for the bounced check! Ugh! So embarrassing and stressful! Mary Jane came out and could tell I was stressed and she completely settled the whole thing with out hesitation. She not only let me buy my contacts that I needed so desperately, but she also let me pay off the previous balance and fee incrementally each following month I came in! Letting me decide how much I could pay! So I wasnt bogged down with a huge bill the next time I picked up my contacts! And the kicker is after all of that? She let me pay for the Contacts with a check. Even after I bounced the previous month. I cant think of ANY business that would take a check from you after you had bounced a check and still owed for that bounced check! She is pure class, and the only doctor I dont dread going to. She does not even make you do that one test where the machine puffs a blast of air into your eyeball? Everyone hates that! She has state of the art, cutting edge equipment that are stress free and not torture chamber devices. You know? Like every other eye place Ive been to for the last 30+ years?? She listens, she cares and she puts you at ease and makes you feel like a person not a number.

If you are getting contacts prescription, simply avoid this place. Dr continues insisting you to buy lens through her and it isnt even a good deal. They charge settling fee $85, which goes to your eye wear insurance and I have never heard of it for close to 20 years wearing contacts, and so disorganized so forget to tell you to wear contacts couple of hours before settling appointment. Complete rip off.

The optician recommended frameless designer sunglasses for a positive power that made the actual glasses very heavy, and the nose bridge hurts after just 5 minutes of use. Whats worse, a "shrug the shoulders, cant help ya" attitude when asked for a remedy...
