So Ive been seeing dr Murray Jacobs for almost two years now, and my husband has been seeing home for the last four. First off, dr Murray is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He is always happy to see all his patients, always remember their names and how their home life was going the last time he saw them. He takes the time to really examine your teeth, and in some weirdo cases like I have had, he will listen to me if I say the tooth is infected even if X-rays dont show it yet. I have had many complications from dental work, none of his fault but my genetics, and he has gone as far as to reach out to my personal phone number on his day off!!!! To make sure I was doing okay. I cant sing enough praises about this wonderful doctor. Not only that but his associates, dr price and his brother doctor Michael Jacobs are just as kind, considerate, and truly do their best to make your experience as comfortable as can be. If you are looking for a doctor who will take of you, any of these wonderful dentists will. And to boot their front office staff is friendly and caring. Their dental hygenists are caring and funny as hell. Seriously the best practice you can find here in CO. Thank you to all the staff from the Riehle family.

I went to see Dr. Jacobs because I needed a filling and my usual private practice dentist couldnt fit me in for four weeks. I had a 5:30 appointment and I arrived an hour early not expecting to be seen but they brought me back right away. I did not arrive with an x-ray of the tooth so they had to take one which was not an issue. I waited about ten minutes total for the x-ray to be developed and for Dr.Jacobs to come in and see me. Once he explained that he had to remove the existing filling and explained what I was seeing on the x-ray he got started right away. I experienced no pain throughout the visit and I had opted out of being numb. Doctor Jacobs was very careful and thorough. Christina put in my new filling and she was incredible. As she was working on the filling she explained to me what she was doing and why it needed to be done. When she finished and was making the adjustments she did not seem at all bothered by my pickiness about how the filling felt in my mouth and worked with me until it was perfect. This was yesterday and I have not had any sensitivity in the area. I had a wonderful experience here and I do not believe I will be returning to my regular more expensive "private practice" dentist.

I had a scheduled Saturday morning appointment. Upon arrival, was seated quickly and was seen by the dentist. The dentist checked my teeth and then went to go check on another patient. I was left sitting in the chair for 45 mins!!! No on checked on me . When the dentist finally came back, he told me "I dont have time to start your cleaning today, go to the desk and reschedule" and left. I was horrified! No explanation as to why I couldnt have my teeth cleaned nor did the dentist offer any type of apology for the inconvenience or that I was left sitting in a chair for almost an hour. I went to the front desk to "reschedule" as I was told to and the girls up front were gossiping, and being quite unprofessional (loud, carrying on, throwing around obscenities). They didnt even notice I was standing there. And, to add insult to injury, when I told them that I needed to reschedule. I was told to call back next week and reschedule!!! Needless to say I left, and never looked back nor did I reschedule an appointment. I have never been treated in such an awful way! This office is a joke! I agree with the other reviews, this place is unprofessional and the customer service is laughable!

My sons appt was at 11am today, we got here at 10:50, it is now 11:30 and they just called him in. The staff up front are extremely rude, and youd be dipped in hot wax, if she actually stayed at the desk instead of joking and laughing with the girls in the back, if you dont have to come to this location, dont! Our time means nothing to them..... Heres my question.... Why do they make an appt. And then not even bother to tell you, that they are running a lil behind? Instead, the girl up front hides from the patients, for fear of having to waste her time answering a question or two! My time is just as important as Comfort Dentals and there staff! My son will no longer go to this location........ No time for a company who feels there time is more important then their patients! Good Luck to anyone who feels the need to waste time on a Saturday, sitting here waiting for them to have time for you! As far as the staff up front....... We can hear you talking about everything and everyone! Classless!

I had a cleaning and exam which were fine. From the xrays they identified a tooth that needed a root canal, something my old dentist (who charged twice Comfort Dentals prices) missed. I got the root canal and it was fine, or well as good as such a thing can be. A few months later I broke a tooth and had an old crown fall off. They fit me in quickly and put the old crown back on, but the broken tooth needed a crown. Under their reduced fee insurance plan I paid about $600 for the new crown, which is half what I used to pay my old dentist. The new crown fits fine and I am happy. I would suggest that some of the unhappy people here should try other dentists. I have found that dentists like people vary widely, and how much or little you pay often has nothing to do with the experience or quality of care. Paying 2X Comfort dentals prices will not necessarily result in a positive experience, unless you think the waiting room and environment are very important items.

The staff were very friendly, but friendliness helps them trick you. I have insurance, and my fillings should have been 100% covered under my insurance. They asked me what color of fillings I wanted (silver or white). I said white, not knowing that white fillings were not covered under the insurance. They led me to believe I had a copay (no matter what color my fillings were). They made no attempt to inform me of the price difference (because my financial situation makes no difference to them). I recently called back to see if I came in and got fillings if I would have to pay up front... they assured me 100% that I had a co-pay...which is BS (confirmed by my insurance company), they just want your money and will take it any way they can get it.

Just called in to make an appointment. As a new patient, they would not allow me to make ONE appointment for a routine cleaning. Instead they tried to scam me and my insurance for 2 appointments because they "need to know if I will require a deep cleaning" What a joke!! Medical offices in this country are getting entirely way too greedy and common sense practice is getting harder and harder to find.. Morgan even checked with the doctor and the doctor himself/herself confirmed this SCAM so in turn, lost my business. This shows me that this practice is only in business to make money and not do what is best for the patient; so I implore you do what I will do and look elsewhere. **Mic drop**
