I bought a pair wireless rim glasses. About six months ago, the lens started to separate. I took them back and they replaced them. Then three months later, the lens stated to separate again. I will told that the wireless rim frame was causing the lens to stress, this causing the lens to separate. I asked to have the frames replaced. They said no because it was past the warranty. They didnt tell me that this frame could cause lens to separate because do the stress when I purchased them. I asked for my money back and again they said no. They sold me a pair of wireless rim glasses that cause the lens to stress and separate. They were hoping because of this ongoing issue that I would be another pair of glasses. I work accounting field and we call this bait and switch. Sells you a product that is faulty and then when they break, they try to sell you another item. Because of this issue, I would not recommend my friends this place. As a senior, I fel that I was taken advantage of.

I have been going to this location for the last four years and really love Dr. Cao and the front desk staff. However my latest visited has really change my view and left me in the market for a new eye care. Dr Reed is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I wanted to make a completely informed decision so I asked questions which seem to upset her. The visited ended as she refused to service me any longer and told me to reschedule with another doctor. Well needles to say I thought I was seeing Dr. Cao in the first place, but what really upset is the fact I took time off work for that appointment only ro be turned away as if I did something wrong.

This morning I went to put on my Ray Bans and one of the ear pieces fell off because the screw that holds it in was missing. I took them to Look Optical on S. Parker Rd. and a very helpful technician immediately took them into the back to fix the problem. He came back a few minutes later with my sunglasses all put back together and even took the time to tighten the other screws and polish the lenses. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. I have been coming to Look optical since 1992 for my contacts and eyeglasses and I will continue to do so. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent!

The worst customer service possible. I went in on jan 2nd to check my eyes and get some glasses. We are now working on longer than two weeks for glasses and i have not received a call. I called them and they said they have been ready since Friday and stat d they called me. I have never received a call from them. And when me and my fiancé went in the Saturday after they were ready they told her that they werent ready because they were designer glasses when they arent designer at all. And now i have to take time off to get my glasses because they are only open until six. Never ever will i go here again

I had an exam, and bought contacts and glasses last year at this location. I was so happy with the experience that I came back this year! Not only is it super convenient and close to my house, its a great place to go. The front desk staff is helpful and efficient. The assistants and doctors and friendly and informative. I had an awesome experience with Elgin picking out new frames. He was patient and easy to talk to. He gave me helpful feedback and was never pushy. He let me take my time. Their prices are competitive and they take my insurance. Ill definitely be a return customer.

Long wait after scheduled time for eye exam (made worse by the fact that no patients preceded us). No communication from staff as to when the Dr. would be available. After new lenses were framed, the guy behind the desk came out (no name tag of course), slapped the glasses on my daughter, and made no adjustments at all. Upon leaving the store, she complained that the glasses were filthy - they didnt even clean the new lenses after they had been framed! Fingerprints and smudges everywhere. Very poor customer service - would NOT recommend.

I read all the reviews before going there , but understand most positive reviews are not posted . People usually only air their negative experience in the service or retail industry. So I went in to see what they offered , I have to say from the time I walked in with no appointment or idea of sales they offered . The employees were fast , very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt everyone that helped me from beginning to end was awesome. Great place , great Dr. Great Employees. ......Thanks for all the help

Ive been a customer of Dr. Thu for over 5 years. She is increasingly professional, compassionate, and willing to truly listen. During my annual eye exams, she always walks me through my various options for contact lenses, allowing me a chance to try different styles and brands before committing. The service from the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional for me, from scheduling an appointment (great flexible weekend hours!) to picking up my glasses. Location is just off I-225 and Parker.

What a great place! I usually go to the Look Optical on Sheridan and 88th, which is awesome as well. I happened to be down the street from here and remembered that I needed contacts and was due for an appointment. Everyone, I mean everyone, was SO incredibly friendly and helpful and professional here. The prices are great. The facility was super neat. I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend and would come back. I dont really write reviews for places but thats how good this place is.

I went to look optical at the beginning of the week. My glasses were broken so i didnt have an appointment. They got me in quickly for my exam and the doctor was very helpful and informative. When it came time to pick frames i received great customer service, he explained which shelves were on sale and made sure i knew what i was looking for, and he was helpful in selecting the lenses and doing the price breakdown to make ot easy. I can safely say....i have found my new eye doctor.

I have three pairs of Look Optical glasses and I totally love them! I find their selection of frames expansive, are priced very reasonably and use cutting edge technology to streamline the entire process from selection to purchase. Glasses are printed using an in-house machine, Kenna and takes a few minutes! I also love their commitment to the community with their involvement with the Aurora Barkeepers. I get compliments on my glasses all the time and am so happy.

I visited Look Optical yesterday for a yearly vision exam. I have been going to Look Optical since 2001 for all of my vision needs, I have loved every pair of glasses I have purchased at Look Optical and love the variety of frames in stock. The Optos retinal screening system is a fantastic alternative to the dilated eye exam. I love the personalized customer service and care at this Look Optical location.
