ZERO stars!!! I have never been treated so rudely by a service "professional." Dr Sancho did not greet us with a hello, snapped at us about being late, which we werent. (Her front office never informed us we were to be there 15 minutes before our scheduled time and we ended up waiting for 10 minutes to be seen.) We were there as a follow up because the glasses she prescribed werent working for my child. When I tried to explain what was going, she snapped at me told me she would fix it in a very hostile tone and rolled her eyes. She refused to talk directly to me from that point on and only dealt with my 12 year old. In the end we were left having to go back to the old prescription. Unfortunately for us, it cost us over $400 for lenses that we didnt need. Do not waste your time or money here.

If youve read the earlier reviews Im sure you notice a trend. I havent had my eyes checked in more than 10 years so maybe all eye doctor offices are this great - but I seriously doubt it. The front office staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. What more could you ask for? Dr. Marlatt is just as friendly and takes his time with you. He never seemed in a rush to do anything but help me. He really knows his stuff but is also able to relate everything to me in terms that I can understand. The office is easy to get to and parking is a breeze. There may be other eye doctors around that you could go to....I just dont know why you would. These guys are terrific!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Sancho. Ive been in contacts for 30+ years and shes is absolutely the best one Ive found. My eyelids were being irritated by some poorly-fitting lenses which she quickly diagnosed and while performing the exam correctly noted that I have a thyroid problem by the appearance of my cornea. This doc is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable to boot. You will be happy with the care you receive from her and the entire ParkRidge Vision staff. Everyone is cheerful and its a pleasure being there.

Dr. Sancho is the best optometrist Ive ever seen! Ive seen quite a few eye doctors because Ive worn glasses/contact lenses since 5th grade, and have re-located several times! Dr. Sancho has been of tremendous help and I credit her with that. She always takes time to listen to me as a patient and answer my questions. I am very near-sighted, far-sighted, have astigmatism and a cateract forming along with dry eyes. She has helped me ease the discomfort in my eyes and see much better! I highly recommend Dr. Sancho.

Dr. Sancho and the staff at Park Ridge Vision were amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Sancho was extremely thorough. The last couple of eye exams I have had were at a local Wal-Mart where I was given a very uncomfortable prescription as a result of the "exams." Dr. Sancho ensures that you are given the most comfortable prescription and offers explanations throughout the entire process. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Dr. Sancho to family and friends.

I absolutely love Park Ridge Vision. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr Marlatt makes the exams fun and interesting, he always explains everything as he goes. Both Dr Marlatt and Dr Sancho get involved in helping me pick out new frames, both really get into it and make it fun. Both are awesome down to earth people who care for their patients. Making appointments is always easy with hours that work for all.

The staff at Park Ridge are great. I have nothing but good things to say about both Michelle, Jeff and the rest of the staff. Everyone in the office works really hard to be helpful. Therefore it is no surprise that they provide a superb service. I have keratoconus, and Id recommend Park Ridge to anyone looking for an eye doctor, whether they have an eye condition or not.

I love this office, the staff and doctors are amazing and always willing to help with any questions. Dr. Jeff was wonderful with my 3 year old son who did not want to go at first and ended up doing wonderful. I have most of my family going here and the others are making appointments. I feel better about our eye care now that I have found them!

After checking my insurance for eye doctors near me I found Park Ridge Vision. I checked reviews and found them to be excellent. Based on this I made an appointment myself. I havent seen an eye doctor in a long time. The staff was friendly and Dr. Marlatt was excellent. This is a nice place and I would highly recommend it.

Michelle Sancho is an amazing Optometrist. She is personable, reliable, caring, and knowledgable. You can tell she has a passion for her job and her clients. I have never been a patient of Jeff Marlatt, but can tell he has the same attitude. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Great doctor - discovered a Retinal Tear in my husbands eye that was hard to find and saved his vision. She is thorough and good at what she does. I went in after that scare for my husband and she was great. I would recommend her to anyone. Just go get your eyes checked regularly.
