We are so happy to be apart of Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry Family! My son is 6 and my daughter is 13 and we LOVE Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry! The individual one on one nurturing care they receive as patients is something we have never experienced until GPD! The office is so welcoming and the staff is AMAZING! We see both Dr.Havard and Dr.Hildebrand, they are both highly experienced and their big hearts are truly about the kids and you can tell the moment you meet them. They not only make there experience special and individualized to fit their needs but always take interest in their lives and what is happening with them outside of getting their teeth clean :) I leave knowing they have received the best care and cleanings and the best dental treatments available. On top of all that the last time we went my daughter was sharing that she is a dancer and was about to have a dance competition. A week after our appointment a package came in the mail addressed to my daughter. Inside it was filled with things to pamper her toes and feet along with the sweetest note wishing her the best of luck at her competition :) My daughter was extremely happy and felt so special! I couldnt imagine a dentist office doing this but again this isnt just any dentist office. They are the BEST! I highly recommend them!

Our son was referred to Georgetown Pediatric, requiring an extensive amount of dental work. He was six years old at the time, and was classified by the family dentist as "extremely anxious" concerning dental appointments. Georgetown went above and beyond what we considered necessary to put us at ease about the work. The environment made it enjoyable for our son to go as he looked forward to playing in the waiting room. The entire staff was patient in explaining every question we had, from procedures, alternate options and payment plans. I even called back several times to clarify things before making decisions and was never treated as an inconvenience. Our son needed to go under general anesthesia, and the doctor who did it was incredible. He made it into a game and my son had no anxiety about what was happening. Georgetown is about an hour away from us, but the drive is definitely worth the extra care, consideration and professionalism that we got there. I havent had a better dentistry experience than I did here at Georgetown Pediatric.

I had taken my girls to a different dentist before I found this one. They were anxious and reluctant to even sit in the chair. Then, I discovered Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, and we all fell in LOVE! We have been going here for years, and my girls actually look forward to their dentist appointments. My children have been "blessed" with very crooked teeth. My oldest daughter had her braces applied (age 9) in office (before the Orthodontist was on staff), and they knew exactly how to make her teeth straight! My youngest daughter is "blessed" with big teeth and a small mouth. She will need extensive work in order to get her teeth into any sort of normal order. Dr Hildebrand and Dr Wood (Orthodontist) have done an amazing job of reassuring both of us, and keeping us up to date with their plan of care for her mouth. We absolutely LOVE going here! The girls look forward to their dental appointments, and have fun while being there! Thank you for taking such good care of my girls teeth!

We have never been more happy. My kids both love the doctors and staff here. They are easy to talk to if you have questions about your childs treatment and are very comforting. Both of my children have had to have extractions due to overcrowding; my daughter had to have "princess" crowns placed. This is not easy for a 2 year old (crowns). They made it a very smooth visit and every time we have been in for extractions, Dr. Kenny always makes it quick and easy. The facility is always clean and very organized. They have fun "while you wait" activities that pass time quickly (if you have to wait at all). They know my kids and always are interested in holding a conversation with them about what is going on in school, sports, etc...They are not just a number or a dollar sign but, more like a member of their extended family. My kids love to go to the dentist and that makes it so easy on me as a mom! I LOVE easy Doctor/Dentist appointments!

My family absolutely loves Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry. Last summer, when I took my two children to a dentist in my hometown, they found numerous problems and were attempting to rush me through the process for treatment. I had to stop them and walk out to gather my thoughts. This didnt leave a good thought for me. I was referred to Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry by my dentist and called them. They were courteous and extremely helpful. They ended up completing all the procedures that my children needed with extreme care, patience and understanding to my previous experience. When it was time for our check up this summer, both children, 5 and 6 year olds, were excited to go to the dentist! This made for an easy visit and we experienced the same amazing care. Thank you for helping teach my kids that the dentist office is not a bad place to visit!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC~ They require a credit card on file or payment up front in full even though you have insurance and theyve received estimated benefits from the insurance company. There is no way I am paying 100% up front when they will receive almost 100% of it from my insurance company. Likewise, there is NO WAY Im giving them my credit card number for them to leave on file...it can be stolen!! Clearly, theyve never gone through that process. And of course, they dont tell you this until after you check in and are waiting for your appointment. Very sneaky business practices. They wont get my business nor will I be recommending them to anyone!!! I was referred to them by my orthodontist who couldnt believe what their practice is and wont be referring any more clients to them.

My sons (5 and 3) have been going to Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry since their very first time to visit the dentist. I can honestly say that we all love going to the dentist! The staff is very friendly and are always helpful. What I like the most is how Dr. Travis always takes the time to explain everything in detail, including showing me x-rays, of any procedures that need to be performed. My boys have had it all.....cavities, teeth cleaning and an extraction for the youngest - I wouldnt trust any other dentist office to perform these procedures except for Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry. I have recommended so many of our friends and they all have had the same wonderful experience as we have. Im just sad they wont take me on as a patient, too.

Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry is the best, hands down! When my daughter fell and smashed three teeth out of her mouth at 4:50 in the afternoon (of course), Dr. Kenny and his staff didnt hesitate to stay late and help her. They took such amazing care of her, and made her feel like a rock star on follow-up visits! They were also very well prepared to care for my son (who has an autism spectrum disorder), and his first cleanings and x-rays went off without a hitch! I feel blessed to have my family taken care of in a fun and professional environment, and GPD is really involved and invested in this community. We cant wait to see the new building, and were also really excited that orthodontic care will be available as well!
