My fiancé has been using RR for a few months now and has been extremely complimentary. I started having really bad pain in my mouth from what turned out to be wisdom teeth needing to come out. The pain was unbearable, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away. Unfortunately, I ran late for my appointment by 20 minutes and they were forced to reschedule on me for later in the day. Being pretty much a wimp when it comes to mouth pain, and trying to hurry to get to my appointment, I was in a VERY grumpy mood and frankly, somewhat rude when I arrived and was told I would have to come back. The professionalism displayed by their entire staff in response to my attitude was nothing less than stellar. Even though I was very short with them and obviously ticked off, they maintained a true level of high customer service and treated me with compassion. I can imagine most would have been inclined to tell me to take my business elsewhere, but they kept a smile, assured me they understood and took great care in making sure I was as comfortable as possible. They have earned a customer for as long as they will have me.

Dr. Roach is not only an excellent Dentist, but he and his staff are all incredibly caring and compassionate throughout whatever procedure is being performed. Recently, I experienced a cracked crown and -- although they were not technically open on Friday -- they agreed to see me and Liz was able to prep my tooth before the weekend. This led to them agreeing to squeeze me in for an appointment the following Monday to set up a temporary crown (which Im pretty sure took place during the Dr. Roachs planned lunch break). With the assistance of Kayla, Dr. Roach was able to expertly fit and cement my permanent crown on the following visit. I simply cannot thank the entire TEAM at RR Dentistry enough for their excellent care and positive, uplifting attitude -- especially at a time when I needed it most. In my view, this is easily the BEST Dentistry practice in Georgetown!

I have been going here for about 15 years and continue to do so even though I no longer live or work in Georgetown. The staff is high quality-- everyone is friendly and professional without exception. I recently went for my 6-month cleaning and exam. Amy did a great job with the cleaning-- gentle but thorough. Dr. Smith is my dentist and I have a high level of trust in him. He does great work and he would never recommend a procedure unless it was necessary. Rhonda (who works on the administrative side) is always full of good vibes and she puts me in a good mood.

I got up at 4 am this morning to drive 4 1/2 hours, half of which were in dense fog, to get to my appointment with Dr. Roberson at RR Dentistry. I was willing to do this because this is literally the best dental office around. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere and exceptional dental work provided by folks who truly care about me as a person. I highly recommend Dr. Roberson, Dr. Smith and Dr. Roach. And by the way, I have been a dental hygienist for over 35 years, so I know a great dental office when I experience it. ; )

I have been going to this same place for maybe 12 years now and I have always had just the kindest experience, Amy is an amazing and friendly lady and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today, Pam does a lovely job as well! Miss Susie and Ronda are the sweetest hello and goodbye and Dr Roach is very professional along with friendly! Making appointments is easy and they send you text reminders, and Ive never had a poor service done here! This is a place I will probably go to no matter where Im living! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!!

From the time you walk into the lobby until you leave the premises you are surrounded by friendliness and warmth. Dr. Cory Roach is my new dentist and I couldnt be happier as he is very competent, thorough, forthcoming and affable. Having to leave a dentist that I had had for 40+ years was traumatic and I did do a bit of dentist shopping before settling on Dr. Roach. I know that I am in good hands at RR Dentisty.

I have gone to RR Dentistry for many years and my experiences there have been nothing less than perfect every time. Have never had a problem. The office is beautiful, clean, and state-of-the-art. Most importantly, Dr. Roach and my hygienist Amy do a wonderful job. I especially like how they work so hard to explain what they are doing and give you the most practical options for handling any dental problem.

I have been coming here for 7+ years and love this office and the doctors. Everyone is so pleasant that even after moving away from Georgetown and living in central Austin, I still make the drive to RR Denistry. Today I was assisted by Amy who was very friendly and pleasant as well as really helped explain some of my teeth grinding issues and sleep apnea concerns. You cant find better staff than this place!

The dental experience at RR Dentistry is amazing! All of the dentists do absolutely awesome work. I have been seeing Dr. Roach since I moved to Georgetown and I could not be more pleased with his work and that of the assistants and hygienists. I have had some cosmetic work done and several crowns and am totally pleased with the results. It is actually a pleasurable experience to have dental work done!

I went to RR Dentistry for a cleaning, Dr. Roberson noticed something and sent me for a sleep study. I went back yesterday for a crown. And he went over my sleep study. Explained everything very well. What he told me to do, I have not had a good night sleep in years and I mean years. I would highly recommend Dr Roberson and Vannessa and Emma. All the staff is outstanding.

I recently finished short term braces with Dr. Roberson. The results were amazing. So glad I went through with the dreaded braces and did what Dr. Roberson recommended. A few months go by fast. Now, my teeth will function properly AND look beautiful! I also thoroughly enjoyed his assistants Vanessa and Tania- so helpful and sweet!! Highly recommend this dental team!!!

Dr. Smith is the kindest, most compassionate and giving person I have ever met! I have been going to him for the past 18 years!! I would not go anywhere else!! Liz is assistant is so warm and gentle...I tell them all the time that when I need to relax I make a dentist appointment. You dont believe me? Just make one for yourself!
