How I found them: I received a direct mail flyer that had three great deals. One of which, was a deal on braces. So ask about their promotions if or when you go in. The product I received: Clear braces for 6 months, top and bottom (yes, actual brackets, but they were enamel colored and had a similar colored band). I was prepared to pay for just the silver brackets, but they didnt have them in stock so they upgraded for free. 6 months for approximately $2700 My doctor: I feel bad that I totally didnt remember/know his name, but he was white, male and he had like 5 kids, haha. He was super nice though! And, despite having his typical regiment for braces, he really listened to me and the direction that I wanted to go. Why I liked Rose Rock as an organization: They had a great digital system to remind you either via text or phone or email. The crew was really friendly and remembered your name. The finance consultant had an easy payment plan and were available to talk to you about your plan or finances whenever you had questions. Facilities: clean, upgraded appliances and amenities, comfortable atmosphere, little wait time to see the doctor, and quick turn-over time when seeing your doctor.

The receptionist came in 4 times - during my private appointment with my doctor- to ask about my insurance. Rather than talking to my HR department herself, she would come interrupt my appointment to ask me to call my HR rep. The man who deals with paying asked if I wanted fluoride to take home, and the receptionist interrupted before I could answer saying that because of insurance questions, I could not get flouride, not even attempting to ask if Id like to pay out of pocket. It just gave me a bad vibe that she seemed SO concerned about payment. I understand that it is a business it just rubbed me the wrong way how she went about it. The whole reason I went was to ask about braces and get a cleaning and I didnt even get to talk to the orthodontist, nor did they schedule me a consult for next time; they just scheduled me for another cleaning in 6 months.

I never post reviews but I cant pass this. I went to work one day after having a horrible toothache. My boss told me I needed to call Roserock. When I called, Gaylene was very professional and got me in the same day. The doctor and staff were awesome! You could truly tell they loved their job. I referred my niece today to Roserock who is terrified about dentists. She is one that reads reviews and saw the previous negative post from Ms. Red. My niece works in a medical office and her comment was, "If she came to our office without her insurance information, shed have to pay for the treatment. Filing insurance for patients is a courtesy, not a duty. If the receptionist worked that hard for the patient, thats where I wanna go!" She has an appointment in 2 weeks. I believe giving credit when credit is due...Roserock Dental rocks! Boomer Sooner!

The dental service that Dr. Humphreys and the dental hygienist provide is second to none. His front desk and billing is terrible. Good luck dealing with Leann the office clerk. Shell tell you to come in and they will print off a statement and they will go over it with you. Thanks, but I can look at the EOB I received from the insurance on my own. You try to explain that you paid for something upfront because you knew the insurance wasnt going to cover it. Per the EOB, this was not covered and the full amount is owed by the pt. I get that you submit the code to the insurance and they should deny it. Before you send out a statement to the pt. why not remove those charges from the bill?? Again, great service from Dr. Humphreys and the dental hygienists, but the office clerk/billing is a joke. I will not be going back.

The staff at Rose Rock has been very patient with me needing to rechedule my appointment multiple times. Then, when another possible conflict came up, Dr. Byrnes and his assistant (forgot her name) came in an hour earlier than opening time to help me out! I had a very long procedure done and the dental assistant was great at making sure I was okay thoughout, apologizing for minor things that come along with a big procedure, and applying chapstick when my lips started to dry out. She is very observant and great at her job. Dr. Byrnes is very stress free and laid back which made for a less stress time for me. They took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly and that I was comfortable with things before I left. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work done.

I really like going here. The office is clean, they use state of the art equipment for their procedures, and the staff is so friendly. The hygienist gave me a lot of useful information and recommendations for my personal daily dental care. I never had a hygienist that advised me as well as cleaned my teeth. She gave me a lot to consider and I think it will really help my personal dental care. I see Dr. Humphrey, he is very friendly and has done great work for me so far. They will recommend the procedures they feel are best for your teeth, if necessary, but are not pushy about things. I also like how they remodeled things...it feels so cozy. :) If you know someone who goes to them, ask them if they have coupons for your first visit. They gave me some to share with people.

I developed a severe lower jaw premolar toothache while out of town to attend a funeral service for a family member. I called Dr Byrne to ask for his advice, and he said that he would prescribe an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory NSAID and follow with a root canal after I complete the treatment. I stopped at the office as soon as I completed the antibiotics, which relieved the pain in less than 2 days, made an appointment for the following day, and spent 5 hours in the dental chair for the root canal treatment and a complete crown application in one visit. The cost of the entire dental service was very reasonable, and finishing the treatment in one office visit were amazing. The entire treatment was painless for me. All of the staff were exceptionally courteous and pleasant!

Today 1& 1/2 weeks after my first visit I went back in to get my bridge. Now I have teeth on both sides of my mouth. It really was a nice experience. Both Dentist and assistant were awesome. The assistant even showed me to floss above the bridge that the original dental assistant never showed me back 6 years ago. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone. I had just had a bad experience with another dentist and came here looking for help. I really did get more than just the help I needed in the first place. I got friendliness, courtesy and very very helpful. They kept me in the loop the entire time and treated me like I mattered unlike the last dentist I went to. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this dentist to any and all of my friends
