I called CTDC first thing today as a new patient with an urgent need (I broke part of one of my molars). I wasnt expecting them to get me in today, but they kindly arranged an appointment for me. Im terrified of any dental work (bad experiences in the past), and they made me feel so much better about everything. Dr. Cooper and the staff (big thanks to Bethaney P.) explained everything to me and even took the time to do a full dental exam in the same visit. Im going in tomorrow for the sedation option while they fix my tooth. Im so grateful for their availability, affordability, and genuine kindness. I have a feeling I wont be missing any more dental appointments in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These people do Not tell you when they are out of Network. We had a bad experience the other day. We had an appt to eval pain thinking it may have been a wisdom tooth. I asked several times spoke to Meranda there how much will my insurance will be? At this time they could have said were out of network. So we go to the exam/ xray appt. They want to charge us $1,000 for the wisdom teeth. They better not send me a bill!! So we we went to another 5 STAR rating dental place. They did their own xrays and come to find out it was a cavity that was hurting my daughter. $34 Xray and exam FREE!!!! Be careful get 2nd opinion

Provided excellent dental care across the board. Receptionist was friendly and recognized me on sight and had me already checked in. Dentist assistant was also friendly and professional in getting my prep work and X-rays done. Cindy, the dental hygienist did possibly the best teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. Dr. Sager was thorough, informative, and compassionate about my dental concerns and issues. This all done on short notice notice due to a chipped tooth. A overall excellent experience in customer service and professionalism

Wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else. From front desk, to check out, nurses, hygienist, and each doctor, they are the best. All are professional, friendly, and treat you like family.

I highly recommend Central Texas Dental Care to everyone. All three dentists are kind and gentle, the staff is friendly, understanding, and polite, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Theres a television in every room and gentle music to soothe you. Dr. Cooper gives injections you dont feel and Dr. Sega does a wonderful job with crown work.

They put my husbands tongue to sleep for over three months, my filling came out and they billed us for a looking at my sons teeth after they said there would be no charge for it. They told us that they would take care of the billing and that there was nothing to worry about. Several months later I have a letter from collections!!!!

From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you are pampered! They make sure your comfortable and always explain to you what they are doing. I tend to get anxious about going to the dentist but I have had an awesome experience with everyone there. I highly recommend Central Texas Dental Care in Hewitt!

An infected wisdom tooth caused a dental emergency. Central Texas Dental Care not only fit me in same day, they were able to extract the tooth in less than an hour with zero wait time. Dr. Sager and the whole staff was professional, funny, and very kind through out the whole experience. I am extremely grateful.
