Extremely uncompassionate office. After 3 supposed no call no shows the office let me go. Lets review how this happened. First an email was sent to my hacked email to schedule an appointment which was done. Who knows if they even have a verifying system like -Im not a robot. Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat Im can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. Because I was not given that...but I did give 2 and asked if I could please reschedule. That was 2nd no call no show ( I called right?) Third absolutely my fault. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved. After thousands of dollars to this office and my WHOLE FAMILY goes there, and my dentist there has been the only dentist Ive trusted my adult life. Im now in pain, have been ill from it and can not find another dentist. I wonder how I would have been treated if my parents were in a wreck and I didnt call. No compassion no understanding! Hope no one there ever has a life emergency.

Ive been going to Family Smile Care for about three years. In that time Ive had approximately 6 check-ups and two filling appointments. For as much as I dislike going to the dentist the folks at Family Smile Care do a great job making visits as pleasurable as possible. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Dr. Stodola, Stephanie, and Tiffany are awesome! I highly recommend Family Smile Care and without any reservations.

Dr Maikon is very knowledgeable and extremely competent in translating necessary procedures into laymans terms. Dr. Maikon is quite approachable and never makes you feel like her degree puts her above you; a quality too often displayed by other doctors and dentists. The support members are fabulous. Always cheerful, never rushed, and always considerate of your time. As a team, they are on top of their game!

I have been a patient there for 13 years. Every single staff person is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentists and hygienists do a great job, and they are far more gentle than other places I have been. Its easy to make appointments at a time convenient for me. I love the atmosphere--warm and welcoming. I would never go anywhere else!
