I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up in the morning, after taking off work, they said there was a scheduling error and the doctor wasnt even there. Luckily they found a spot an hour later for me to do a cleaning but I had to reschedule for the doctor... When I went back, they did a bunch of additional tests without asking, that wasnt covered under my insurance. When I finally got an assessment from the doctor, they not only tried to convince me that I needed to "improve my smile" but quoted 14 k for the job. Ill never go back to this place. After I opted out of my next appointment, they have messaged me 5 times, emailed, and even called after Ive repeatedly said that I wasnt interested.

Alison did an excellent job!! I hate getting my teeth cleaned but she is so funny and personable. It was a good experience and Alison gave me a lot of good advice about protecting my teeth and good oral health care. Thank-you for having such a quality person on your team. Today was my first day meeting Alison and I would like to see her from now on.

Ive been going to this dental office for years, even after moving out of town. Every person in this office from reception, to dental hygienists, to the dentists works to make you feel comfortable while providing excellent care. I highly recommend them!
