(Horrible experience for my 4yr old daughter)......I took my daughter for a cleaning service and ended up with tears in my eyes because I didnt liked the way two of the staff members treated my daughter. They treated her with rudeness and intolerance because she was crying too much. My 4yr old daughter is a very shy girl and when theres people around that she doesnt know she feels scared and uncomfortable,well this black lady wanted to do some x-ray and of course my daughter got scared so she started crying a lot,the employee got mad and started yelling at her,then another "assistant" a Hispanic guy came supposedly to help and he got frustrated and mad too that he even got out of the room, they were forcing her to bite some kind of plastic and they were pressuring her a lot to do it. Their attitude was so ungrateful and inpatient that I had to told them to stop,I couldnt handle see my daughter crying of fear. PARENTS DONT LET ANYBODY YELL AT YOUR KIDS JUST BECAUSE THEY CRY TOO MUCH ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE JUST TODDLERS

Last time going there for my younger daughter, I had a an appointment for 4:15pm, arrived at 421 since I am rushing from work and picking up 2 kids to go there. I sign in and a few minutes later the front desk calls me up to tell me that the dentist will not be able to see us today since they are backed up. I question why I wasnt called ahead of time so that I didnt waste time going there in the first place, she cuts me off by also adding that I arrived at 4:22pm when my appointment was at 415 and that the call center should have not made my 415 appoint since there last appointment is at 4:00pm. Terrible service to add that Ive also waited a lengthy amount of time before and eventually rescheduling other appointments.

Today I took my 4 year old to get his cavity filled and from the moment we walked in the door we felt nothing but welcomed. when they called us in they apologized for the wait which wasnt long at all. everyone who had contact with us today smiled and were very polite and Nawal and Dr.Iniva made such a beautiful team. They kept my son calm and confident during the whole procedure. they talked to him and me making us laugh and reassured. they explained what they where doing at every moment for my son even though he may no have understood exactly that made me happy they treated him like more than a child. I love kool smiles and will continue to be back with both my children.

Id just like to say that Dr. Khadka and her assistant Latavia made my first experience at Kool Smile a pleasant one. They helped to ease my nervousness with their warm personality, smile and touch. Id recommend Kool Smile for any one that is looking for an inviting dentistry office where the staff care about "YOU" as a patient. It was busy when I got there and thought Oh No I have a long wait, but it was exactly the opposite. You dont want nor need a wait when in pain and wanting some type of relief (yes, emergencies do arise and some may take precedent over you), but if youre informed and given an option that makes the difference. Well this is not my first time there and I could say that the last time I was there, I was OK with the service, but this time I cant believe what happen, I when in as an emergency walk in with an appointment to get a tooth taken out because it was loose and I had a lot of pain. they took an xray and then told me that the tooth had to be taken out, but that I had to come back because the doctor that pulls teeth was on vacation. They event told me to look for another dentist if I didnt want to wait. I will not be going back to Kool Smiles, neither will I ever recommend them again to anyone and will let everyone I did know what happen.

Latavia is a very helpful person, She is great with helping patients feel comfortable at their appts and assure you that everything will go well at your appt, Latavia also lets you know if you need anything do not hesitate to ask, We need more people like her around that makes people feel like they are first priority when visiting Koolsmiles, Everytime I visit Koolsmiles I always see her attending to patients never ever do I see her sitting around doing anything.Thankyou Latavia for making my visit at Koolsmiles more pleasant as well as Dr Powe, he is also a great access to Koolsmiles....

Went back for a another visit today and I just wanna say first and foremost the two ladies that worked on my mouth today was a true blessing. Dental Assistant Carmen and Dr.Iniva smh I would give them both 5 stars "every time" they were very professional and made me feel at home. Just know I would prefer them to family and friends any day. VALERIE IS THE BEST ASSISTANT HELP THERE AND I APPRECITATE HER ALWAYS GOING BEYOND AND ABOVE TO MAKE OUR VISIT AT KOOL SMILES VERY PLEASANT. i had to many tooth problems and as soon as i had the issues i walk into the clinic they had helped me right away and gave me the service that i had needed. when i seen how well that they had took care of me i went ahead and brought my son here as well and recomended my friends to bring their friends and family here also all i can say is kool smiles is the best dentist facility that will make sure that u and your family have a great experience.

Wendy a hygienist Ive never seen here before is the most professional on point hygienist. She was polite, informative and listened well of my dental concerns, having answers for all my concerns. I been attending this location 6 years. This hygienist would make a perfect candidate for in-service training for everyone in the dental department including the dentist can learn from her level of care for patients. Thank you Wendy!

I personally have not had a bad experience at Kool Smiles. My children love the environment and because of it, they dont complain about seeing the dentist. I personally had been waiting on an approval to have some work done for literally 2 yrs with other practices. I went into Kool Smiles with pain and they directed me in the right direction. Most of the staff is polite, friendly and professional.
