So I finally went to a different dentist because EVERY TIME I go to Kennedy Family Dental they tell me I have a NEW cavity. My friend is a dental assistant so I went to her office, come to find out the only cavities I had are the 3 that Kennedy filled, because the dentist does not know how to do her job apparently, and did not fill them correctly. On top of all of that they were charging like double the price. I dont usually care to write reviews like this, or expect people to have all had this experience, but I would have never known until I went to another dentist. When I asked if they could refund me they said that since it was done 2 years ago they couldnt reimburse me anything, which is fine, but fillings should last up to 12 years, she never apologized for their shitty service and rushed me off of the phone. I now go to Kool Smiles in New Britain (a long haul) but so worth it! I paid almost $40 per tooth at Kennedy and now pay $24 at Kool Smiles. Be careful if you go here! If it seems like you have a new cavity EVERY TIME you go probably should get another opinion. If you can avoid this place DO IT.

I had an appointment at 9 AM ( my second experience with this dentist ) -- I showed up on time and the office was closed. I waited until 930 in the cold parking lot and still no one had showed up to even open the building. The weather was lousy, but I left early to be at my job appointment on time. When the receptionist called to reschedule, she did not even apologize for the major inconvenience and lack of communication. She merely said "oh yes we did not arrive until around 10 AM this morning." Another other highly unprofessional point about this dentist office -- they have a new office location but have not published that information on their website. Instead when you arrive at their old location a sign on the door directs you to the new address.

Excellent Excellent service. Dr is extremely professional, skilled, warm and thorough. Her office is super clean, shes got modern equipment (I saw my teeth on TV in black & white, diagrammed on computer, and photographed), and she caused me no pain when she did deep cleaning. She is transparent about what shes doing and takes time to explain it, making you feel safe and pampered but without detracting from quality work. Everyone in the office is very professional, engaging and courteous. You forget that youre in a dentists office and actually look forward to the visit. My experience has been phenomenal with Kennedy Pediatric and Family Dental and exceeded my expectations. . I would recommend to all.

This was my first visit to Kennedy Family Dental. The front office staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The clinical staff were concerned with my comfort throughout my cleaning. She would stop and ask often how I was doing. The dentist was friendly and polite. I have a small cavity and was given an estimate of the co-pay with my insurance when I made the appointment to have it repaired. In all my years of going to dentists, Ive never had that happen before. I definitely recommend Kennedy Family Dental.

I hate the dentist and Ive never had a good experience but Kennedy Family Dental changed that. They are gentle and kind and very knowledgeable. When I have a problem they NEVER brush it off and try to get me in as soon as they can. They always call back if I leave a message and if I ever have to pay for something out of pocket, they work with me. I couldnt be any happier. Kris is lovely and always nice and helpful as well as the doctors and the hygienist. Thank you all for being great at what you do!

Kennedy Pediatric and Family Dental has Excellent service, very professional dental staff and state of the art equipments. Very clean and family friendly place, pleasantly surprised to see a kids play area and a Xbox station so children can play while parents are getting their dental work taken care. My experience was extremely good, never imagine tooth extraction can be so painless. I would recommend to everyone. Great Job Dr Goyal and team.

No one likes going to the dentist but Dr. Goyal and her staff make it a comfortable experience. The front desk receptionist was nice on the phone, the hygienist room felt like a relaxing spa and Dr. Goyal is very sweet and very gentle. I would recommend this office to everyone, especially if you dont like going to the dentist.

I woke up with an aching tooth which, I correctly guessed, had a failed root canal. Since I was formerly a patient of Dr. Smith, I called Kennedy Family Dental and was given an appointment this morning. I was treated quite kindly and professionally. I feel I can count on Kennedy Family Dental in the future.

I took my daughter to Dr. Goyal office. She is excellent with kids. Me and family go to her office. It is convenient for us to use one dentist for all dental needs. I also recommended her services to my friend for an implant. She is very ethical and has excellent skills. I would recommend to everyone .
