The staff receptionist was friendly. The doctor on duty is another story. I told them i was referred by my Dental insurance plan. However i was getting pre care and a cleaning from a college that has students in dentistry. I brought with me my information and rays. It was then i told the nurse i had prior x-rays done a week before and no cleaning will be needed due to the college student being graded on it. Well with that the nurse had told the Dr on duty (sounds like Gore or Borg) that i had my xrays done and with me. He basically yelled at her and told her to take them anyways. I then realized his demeanor was awful. This being with the fact he was at the reception area sitting and grumbling hand under chin pissed at the world upon my arrival earlier.So with his "so called etiquette " he tells me. Okay buddy you got two options a crown can be placed if nothing is wrong or a root canal will be the next choice. But youll need money up front. WTF! I was kind of embarrassed by him saying this to me. But his attitude sucked so bad his staff was more embarrassed. I was referred to Advanced Endodontics of Stratford by the receptionist. After reading blogs about their practice nom not sure what to do or where to go.

Start off want to say I hate dentists and whole experience, I got referral by friend of mine, because I had some one emergency and sharp pain, Once I called very friendly costumer service, fast respond and as they promised to see if they can call me back if thier any cancaltions, and they did, I was able to see a specialist next day. Only down fall was it was hard to find the location, but my dentist was very patient and understanding with me, also explained many other options for my issue, They take a lot of different insurance including mine that other places do not take. Over all it was worth an hour drive, have my second appointment in month.

I have been a patient at this facility for about a year. I think they are great. The dentist and hygienist is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The entire staff makes me feel very comfortable. The hygienist is aggressively treating the start of periodontal disease with much success and I really appreciate it. Very happy with them.

They misdiagnosed my husband with periodontal disease and gave him useless injections. They heard he hadnt been to a dentist in several years scared him and took advantage. Upon seeking a second opinion turns out that he has a great set of teeth and no evidence of bone decay.

They are really bad. I got a few fillings done and I was uncomfortable for days. I took my 3 year old daughter there as a new patient and I waited 30 mins. I was so frustrated I left and never went back. Please do not go there if you love your teeth. Dont waste your time.

Do not use this dentist. I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau after a years worth of debating the balance of services which they demanded I receive and the insurance did not cover. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. Horrible.
