Place takes for ever to see patients... Receptionist and techs are pretty cool but dentist does takes forever. Once waited 3 hours just for dentist to come in, should have left sooner but my kid needed to be seen. Next time 1 hour 15 minutes before I tried to walk out and receptionist stopped me and had the dentist take care of us then and there. I was not going to wait another 3 hours again... I was going to come see her for myself but thats definately not going to happen, now. To top it off. I had to ask the dentist to change her gloves after she left them on a keyboard for like 10 minutes came back put them on then took off again- she got on the phone and touched everything she could including her hair then came back and was about to put them in my kids mouth. Stay away...!

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had, or could imagine! I was left with a half finished route canal that I paid CASH for, for 3 weeks until I finally had to have another dentist finish. The dentist wouldnt even come out and face me, she sent her receptionist to tell me that even though it was the 2nd appointment this happened at, she couldnt finish the procedure that Id already started paying for! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please do yourself a favor, and find another dentist!

This place is a joke, all I do is call and no one ever answers the phone, when I have walked in to make an appt, the receptionist or what ever you want to call her does not know what she is doing, who hires these people. The office is very dirty and the women Dr trys to sell you crowns or what ever they are called, and I didnt even ask for them. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS..................

The only reason why Im giving this place 4 stars is because the receptionist named Robert was a little rude to me one time. Other than that Dr. Kim does fabulous work and I recommned anyone in need of an Implant to go to him. They do payment arrangements and really care about there patients especially Dr. Kim. He tries to connect as much as he can with the little time he spends with you.

My appointment was at 11:30 and after waiting at 12:30 the offered was extended if I needed any thing a cookie or something. I said no I can go buy my own cookie and explained how valuable my time was. Then finally at 1pm I was told that the Dr. Couldnt see me because she was busy

There was this. Secretary/helper named raquel i believe n she was so dam rude had a big nasty attitude. She was very disrespectful and didnt know how to be professional. I would never allow my family nor friends to go there!!!

The front staff is very nice, but the doctor has no compassion for people. Doctors ALWAYS take forever to see patients and they are always backed up! NEVER AGAIN (Office should be run with more professionalism)

Bad, bad..Bad!! The obese front desk woman loses peoples files, doesnt know how to be professional, and they never answer the Phone! Do not. I repeat. Do not go to this place!!!

I went in for a toothache... And the dentist was trying to sell me veneers ( I didnt even ask about)..after that I was thrown off...wont be going back!
