I would not recommend this office to anyone. My entire family has been to this office several times and we have continually run into issues with both the front and back office. Billing issues over and over with claims being sent to the wrong address, they have failed to follow up on claims that insurances have denied. And to top of billing issues they wont tell you there is a balance on your account for months and months. To speak on the Dr behalf he is very intelligent but will pressure you beyond belief to have work done at times claiming that if you dont have major work done now it will be too late. And if you decide to not have work done he will charge you because he could have had another patient in office who has been waiting for an appointment. Most general Dr. Have a two week waiting period to get patients in and have work done, anyone can wait two weeks, if its an emergency then Dr will help and handle it! I work in the medical field and have a plethora of friends in the dental field and claiming he has to charge you for a visit when no work has been done is outrageous! Do not go to Dr Loveland, you can find a caring Dr who will not pressure you or care solely about money somewhere else!

Beware Utah residents looking for a dentist!! FYI...I am an old patient of Dr. Lovelands from his old Colorado practice called Reunion Dental Care. Is Dr. Loveland personable? Yes. I liked him and thought he did solid work until he started doing shady practices. He did my Root Canal and left a file in my root and did not tell me. Which he ethically should have. It ended up getting infected. I had to have an Apicoectomy. I had to pay an Endodontic Physician to do this procedure which was not cheap. I still have pain issues because of him. My medical records are missing from his old office. Hmmm... I tried to contact Dr. Loveland at his Utah practice regarding this issue and he disregarded me. I contacted an attorney and found out that Dr. Loveland has multiple lawsuits currently pending from other patients from his practice in Colorado. Just a warning!! You may think twice about going to him. I attached a picture of my Apicoectomy I had to have done because of Dr. Lovelands disregard to informing me that he left a file behind in my root causing a major infection.

This is a great team! Everyone is professional yet very friendly. When our previous dentist retired, we were a bit nervous about having a new dentist, but Dr. Loveland stepped into the practice and picked up where Dr. Hicks left off. He knows dentistry and is very pleasant and approachable. He also was very wise to keep the staff from the previous practice. They are THE BEST! They are like family! Especially when for years, my husband and I and our five children would come in for cleanings all in one block of time. The staff worked with us as we timed it just right to get kids to school. It was a juggling act and a revolving door, but these people were and are great to work with us. I highly recommend Millennium Dental.

Clark Cannon owner of Sculptec Dental Lab, I have tried to be patient with Dr Loveland and Millennium dental because I thought him to be a man of his word, He said he would try to pay me a little on his outstanding balance each month. I havent heard from him or seen a payment for over 6 months. I would consider his character before before you allow him to work on you, and I would not pay your bill, It doesnt seem important to him to pay his. Off to court we go!

The staff at Millennium Dental Care really care about their patients. They are very personable and great at helping you feel at ease. They are great with kids too. Dr. Loveland is very skilled and has been able to take care of all of my familys needs. Ive never had to be referred out to someone else because he does so much right there in their office. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Douglas Loveland is an excellent dentist. His staff is amazing too - very friendly and helpful. My whole family goes to Dr. Loveland and they actually like going to the dentist. He is conservative which I appreciate. My wife recently had an implant and she is very pleased.
