Our family has been going to Dr. Greaves for over 10 years now, since we moved to the Salt Lake valley. Dr. Greaves is an exceptional dentist, and we have been honored to be his patients. Our children, who are now adults, continue to go to Dr. Greaves. Dr. Greaves works efficiently and accurately, and he is the very best dentist our family has ever had. There is never wasted time, the office runs like clock-work, and yet we are given full attention and care. Dr. Greaves is very professional, and he has a great staff. (Melanie, one of Dr. Greaves hygienist, cleans and takes care of our teeth every 6 months, and she is truly the very best.). Dr. Greaves has a beautiful dental office just west of Highland Drive on 4500 South. And they take care of all the insurance billings. Yay! In urgent situations, he will fit us in, no matter how busy he is. He is also available after hours for dental emergencies. This is top-notch patient friendly. We are so happy to be Dr. Greaves patients, and we love it when he says "no cavities" at our six-month check-ups! :) We always tell our friends and family about Dr. Greaves. To start off with this is a real and honest review. I went in for a simple checkup and xrays. What an awful experience. The xray tray they put in your mouth had a really strange taste and it lingered in my mouth for several days. Dr Geaves is a terrible dentist. He was VERY rough and aggressive with his explorer (the sharp pointed tool) during my checkup which was very painful. He was digging REALLY HARD into my gums and teeth and gave me an infection under my gum from digging it in too far. He said I needed a bunch of crowns and I felt like he was rushing me. I have since went to a biomimetic dentist (google this term) and turns out I need ZERO crowns! I just need some fillings replaced. I dont know how Dr Greaves got such rave reviews, maybe they could be fake reviews, but please save yourself some money, pain and heartache and go to a biomimetic dentist.

fabulous fantastic incredible unforgettable sensational first class super enjoyable except for high pitch however i found it such a freedom and incredible experience that i am ready to return here for more enjoyment and fabulous true friends. it has been a happy uplifting experience and educational and i am so glad i came in .. what more can i ask for except to win a free teeth whiting glo glo glo glo and sparkling teeth and good health everyone deserves a raise and bonus and cruise to hawaii and a hawaiian party here in the office cruise to glo glo glo

Dr. Greaves has been my dentist for years. He and his staff always give me their best service and their office is beautiful! He goes the extra mile. One example is when my 9 year old son fell off of his bicycle and his front tooth came all the way out. I called Jesse in a panic. Although he was at home for the evening, he calmly instructed me to meet him at his office right away and he helped us turn a bad situation in to a good one. Thanks D. Greaves!

Dr. Cannon and the staff took excellent care of me, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and thoroughly explained billing options before hand. Despite having a harsher procedure done, I was hardly sore and expect my recovery time to be minimal, which speaks a lot to Dr. Cannons care he takes with his patients. Im very happy to have found myself such a high quality, affordable, local dental office.

Excellent family and laser dentist in Salt Lake City. Very knowledgeable with the latest techniques and materials. I get very nervous going to the dentist and Dr. Greaves and his staff always make me feel at ease in the dental chair. Dr. Greaves used a laser instead of a drill on my cavity and it was so quick and painless. Wow! Ill never go anywhere else!

Ive been going to Dr. Greaves for over 7 years. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. We dont live close to his office but feel its worth the extra drive to see him. Hes very friendly and so is his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a great family dentist.
