If you need a good example of how a dentist office shouldnt be run then go ahead and have yourself a nice hour long wait while these so called professionals make sure they can squeeze every last nickel and dime out of you. I had been to their offices four times and without a doubt I can say it only got worse as time went on. My last visit was for a chipped front tooth that should have only taken maybe half an hour. Instead I waited for an hour in the waiting room, half an hour in the chair, half an hour driving home and back after realizing my two front teeth were fused together, and another half hour for them to fix the problem. Im honestly not one to give hateful reviews, I have worked in customer service and understand that sometimes you cant make everyone happy, but honestly this was pathetic. If my previous experience wasnt so negative and they had actually done the job right the first time I would have been more relaxed about the situation, but for the fourth time I was given a shotty filling and encouraged to give more money for things that I couldnt afford. A lot of dentists have their patients interests at heart and truly want the best for their health. I didnt really get that feeling when a terrible filling was thrown on and I was told to come back later for a veneer. If financial insecurity is an issue dont even think about going here, dont count on getting back to work in a reasonable amount of time, dont expect your teeth to look good, dont count on personal relationships. Count on a company that works more on their numbers than in their dentistry.

Our experience with The Center of Dental Professionals has been outstanding. My oldest child already had braces started at another Orthodontist before moving. Dr. Albertelli and his staff had no problems taking over orthodontic treatment while working seamlessly with the braces and work already in place. Dr. Albertellis assistant Nick has been wonderful to work with. He learned from Dr. Albertelli on how to accommodate orthodontic treatment with existing work and often gets asked by other assistants for help when we arrive for our appointments. My other child began her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Albertelli and we have been pleased with the results in such a short amount of time. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating from scheduling, sending out reminders and answering questions that arise. They are pros at working with insurance and extremely knowledgeable on how much time each treatment will require so we can plan accordingly. In my experience, there has always been a 15 to 30 minute wait when we arrive on time for a medical appointment. Not at The Center of Dental Professionals! The staff is so organized and on top of things we have only ever had to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the most. This is truly valuable quality when trying to meet several different schedules within a day. I can highly recommend The Center of Dental Professionals as true Professionals!

The staff is phenomenal here.. From the moment I walked in I was treated like "GOLD". Unlike most patients, I do not have all of my teeth due to my past addictions. Because of this, every Dentist office that I have been to in the past several years has treated me poorly because of my lack of teeth. It is very embarrassing not to mention shameful. I had an angel who blessed me with Joy, the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth, she was amazing! She treated me like a person, not an addict. That is huge at the Dentist for me, especially since it is very difficult to go in to any Dentist office with half your teeth missing in the first place. I was treated with such kindness and caring by all the staff. Dr. Cannon was great as was Brenda, their treatment coordinator. I felt like family when I left. I actually teared up too because for once in many years of seeing various Dentists, I finally felt comfortable. I was accepted for me and not judged. You cant go wrong here. The staff works overtime to help you in any way that they can! A 5 -star rating is an understatement, it should be a 10+ :) Thank you for making me feel good about myself. We all deserve that kind of love. Joy, your name self describes you and Brenda, you too are a blessing. Thank you all for helping me more than words can say.

I will never come back to this dentist. The people were very unfriendly and the Dentist was curt to say the least. My tooth became infected and the dentist suggested I come back in immediately only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do about it. In addition its been nearly two years and Im still dealing with bills because they constitute as "specialists". Meaning many insurances dont cover them. Something their billing specialist failed to tell me during my consultation. At one point I was fined a 3 dollar late fee for my payment due to a billing error. They had forgotten to put into their files that my account was on automatic payment. So when I didnt answer their calls or letters they fined me. They then proceeded to fine me 70 dollars for a 3 dollar late fee! Do not use these dentists! They will bleed you dry and treat you like you are the one to blame.

has always been an amazing experience. The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient. Doaa she was greets us with a smile and is extremely proficient, friendly and knowledgeable, she is usually the one we get, but weve also worked with others the level of professionalism here is unsurpassed. And then the doctors are all the best we have ever had! they explain technical terms etc in such a way that I understand perfectly not only how things are being done but why they are being done that way. And Deseree at the front always checks us in quickly and also is very understanding when we need to reschedule appointments. Doaa she was very helpful for my wife and my kids because they are weak in English and she helps them a lot every time . And at the end i would say thank you for the best service.

My experience was great for the most part. But they did seem to always fall off coarse of my dental plan. They had undergone some big changes, & moved. Since then I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them, & now it seems they have anything but professionals working for them at the location on 700 east. The dentists are great, but the front desk help is horrible. They tend to mess up adding and subtracting, then call & harrass me, & the dentist put filling in my tooth, in which they put a big hole in my front teeth. The filling fell out 3 hours prior to them putting in, & they wouldnt fix it. They said come in the following day, but they wanted to charge me to fix something they didnt finish correctly.
