I am so completely impressed with this office. Every single person on the staff is friendly, well-trained, caring and competent. Wait times are minimal, procedures and fees are explained, insurance coverage is checked, appointments with other specialists for further treatment are made for you. My appointment ran much longer than expected and Beckie never made me feel like I was causing a problem for the office with their scheduling. Im sure her next patient had to wait and that she had a very short lunch hour to catch up. A potentially serious problem was caught on my x-rays and Dr. Mangelson fully explained what was going on, referred me to a wonderful endodontist and made the appointment for that same afternoon. Since I live out of town, I appreciated not having to make a special trip for that care. I will require an extraction, bone graft and implant as well, and will return to Dr. Mangelson for that procedure with complete confidence in his skills and experience. He is a very kind and caring person and spent a lot of time on the phone explaining all the aspects of this treatment, recovery, etc., before making the appointment. I would wholeheartedly refer others to this practice.

Several years ago, I had a molar pulled after getting infected on vacation and had no access to a dentist until I flew back from Alaska. My family dentist in SLC pulled the tooth at my insistence right after I landed; because of the severe pain and my not wanting to wait for multiple visits to do a root canal, crown, etc. Later I reconsidered when Dr. Mangelson pointed out that the space left by the "pulled lower molar" would provide no opposing resistance to the opposite upper molar and eventually that upper molar would work itself loose and I would lose that tooth, also. I agreed to have an implant to replace the pulled molar The Titanium post and crown work done by Dr. Mangelson was superb. It has been just like having the original molar back after my hasty decision to pull. I have had absolutely no problems. I can eat anything I want and the regular periodontal cleanings by Dr. Mangelsons great staff have been an added bonus. I would highly recommend this professional practice.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mangelson. He was so kind to my son. He is 9 and needed a gun graft. The night after he had the graft, we got a follow up call from Dr. Mangelson himself to see how he was doing. I was shocked. Never have I had a doctor call to see if we were doing okay and how things were going. I really felt that he cared about my son that was a great feeling. Thankful we found his office! I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience, explained everything so that we could understand and treated us with great respect.

Dr. Mangelsen is absolutely the kindest, most skilled periodontist out there. I have had multiple extensive procedures done by him, and I continue to be amazed at how calm he makes me feel before, during, and after. I also really appreciate his thorough explanations of what to expect in the healing process. My gum grafting turned out perfect and beautiful. Our smile is a very important part of first impressions... and Dr. Mangelsen helped my smile move up a notch to the category of spectacular!!

Dr Mangelson and staff are the best. When they are running late, theyve called to inform me, and were able to adjust to fit me in. I feel at ease when seeing the Dr. And the staff is always willing to answer my questions and help me understand what is going on with my treatment. Im usually not one that likes going to my dentist. But I can actually say I usually leave feeling good about my treatments,etc.

Dr. Mangelson really helped me start feeling better. I had an implant placed by my regular dentist and it got infected. After being in pain for a while he referred me over to Dr. Mangelson and he was able to save the implant. I also had a sinus lift and 2 other implants placed and they all healed nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Mangelson and his staff. I only wish I would have gone to him first.
