The first time I went there I wasnt thrilled about the service. The front desk was rude and waiting room was full, people were complaining that they had been there with an appointment for over an hour. Once I got to the back the girl was very friendly and did a great job, didnt hurt. Today I went again the front desk girl was someone different and she was spectacular, super friendly. I was called back right away and George took my blood. Im a nurse but I HATE needles and George was freaking magic. He used a needle that they use on babies and I kept asking him is it in? I kept waiting for the pinch BUT it was over!! Amazing I was in and out and it was painless. Seems like things have changed here. I recommend coming to this location

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, so it pains me to write a not-great review, but I have to. I made an appointment online. Showed up and was taken promptly. That, and the staff are great. But the place is dirty in a seriously-health-code-violating violating kind of way. There were speckles of blood on the walls and armrest and chair in the blood drawing room. When there are needles and blood involved, everything has to be absolutely sterile. Having to sit in other peoples blood while having mine drawn is not acceptable at all. I had to go to work right after my appointment and all day I felt like I needed a shower. Ew.

from some of the reviews, and the low number of stars in the average rating, i was concerned about making an appointment to have lab work done. but, since i needed to get the results before appointments with 2 different doctors, i finally mustered my courage and made an appointment via the computer - which was fast and easy. contrary to what i had read, the whole office was spotless, the receptionist and lab tech were courteous, highly professional and friendly. i was seen in a timely fashion, and all my questions were answered. i highly recommend this location.

I went to this LabCorp location today for a blood test, and I highly recommend it. I made an appointment last week through an automated machine, and was able to be seen today. The staff was nice and prompt, and I was impressed of how great the nurse was. I normally faint with needles, but they did such a great and quick work with me!

Ive been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time and still going because they cant take a sample from a baby. They have had all personal working on this baby for 45 minutes now, and its getting pretty ridiculous. Wish they would send at least one person to work on the rest of us: I saw three nurses back there.

Worst Customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant get a live person on the line ever. No response to Email and it seems doctors dont have a number for alive person to expedite or inquire about lab results. Sadly no treatment without lab results so we all just have to sit and wait.

I was there today for some blood tests, the service was excellent, all staff are very gently, the professional who took the samples has hands of angel. I did not feel when the needle penetrate, excellent. It was all very fast and efficient. Martha Mazo
