Patients were treated like cattle. As people walked in no one was greeted and few understood they needed to sign in. When someone did appear at the desk she yelled names off the sheet and told everyone to line up against the wall. As she took our paperwork she snapped "have a seat". No identification was requested of us as we handed her our paperwork. If it was offered she would say "I dont need that". I had a 2:30 pm appointments and was not called until after 3pm. At which point they took my paperwork and was told to sit down again. I waited about 15 more minutes and then told the girl at the desk that I had a broken back and had not taken my pain meds since I was fasting for these labs. She was not sympathetic at all and told me to have a seat and they would call me as soon as they could. She did not even ask me my name. Another 15 minutes go by and I was called into room two, where I had to wait another 15 minutes. It is now one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. During my wait in room two a woman comes up behind me and says loudly "watch it". I turn around to see if they are talking to me and was surprised to see one of their lab techs trying to get past me. I said to her "watch it? Or excuse me? thats kind of rude" Her reply to be was "I speak what I think, dont care if its rude now watch it" and pushed her way past me to restock vials on the wall. If I had not already lost over an hour of my time I would have left right then. Another woman that came in shortly after that incident took my blood and did nothing but complain the whole time about all the people that come in at the last minute before they close. And how she gets everything organized and the "other one up front" changes it around. When I asked her the name of the other woman she said that was Michelin and she was tough. Granted all their employees there do there all day is handle urine and blood but there is no customer service at all at this location from ANY of the employees I know they are over flowing with business and probably do not care (this seems to be a long term problem) but I will never use this lab again. People come to you either because they are looking for work or are ill... They do not need to be treated in such a fashion. I would rather pay more or out of pocket than pay to be abused that way. I would like to also add that at no point was I asked for identification, nor was anyone else around me. When I asked about this I was told by my tech that they dont do this any more because "it takes too much time". When I pointed out the possibility of fraud, she simply shrugged her shoulders and said "It came from upstairs, just following orders" I am sure the insurance companies will like to hear about this...

I was on time for my 1:15 appointment. They called me to a desk about 1:30. Then they told me to wait in a small room with about five chairs. Five people who came into the room after I did were called for their tests before i was. I went out and asked them why people who arrived later were being taken first. It looked like they had misplaced my file, but they found it and said i could be next. The lab tech asked me which arm I wanted to use. I said the left arm. She proceeded to put the tourniquet on my right arm. I asked her why she asked if I didnt really have a choice. She said the right arm was better for her. I asked her not to call me sweetheart. When medical personnel call patients by their names, it reduces the risk of errors that result from confusing one patient with another. I made my request in a kind voice, but the tech got mad and left the room. A different tech came in. She was able to get the blood from my left arm, with one stick. She did not call me by my name either, but i was able to watch her put the labels on the vials. The five minute blood test took an hour and 15 minutes, including the wait time.

The older African American women who drew my blood was extremely rude. I wanted to know how many tubes of blood would be drawn before she began and she instantly got upset, and told me to look for myself and its what the doctor asks for not them. I simply wanted to know how many tubes would be drawn so i know if I should separate my visits. The woman got upset, refused to answer, and then said "ok where is the next patient" and walked away to go serve the next person. A younger lady walked by and I asked her and she looked at my paperwork and politely answered as well as took my blood because I refused to let the older women draw it. Extremely dissatisfying visit. Also, As another reviewer stated, I was not asked for identification either.

Horrible, my wife had to do a routine blood work for her pregnancy, we made an appointment but had to wait more than an hour and 30 minutes. I think it is because we are muslim and she wears a hijab, the white lady at the front desk i have reason to believe purposely made us last, and let others who didnt have appointments pass us. When my wife went to inquire when it will be her time she gave a generic answer with out any facial acknowledgement. If you read other reviews there is mention of this lady, sadly I dont have her name but if I were Quest I would highly consider hiring someone who is more professional.

Lady there had a bad attitude with some guy in front of me because he asked a simple question. She even threw her pen on her desk in anger. That wasnt right! We cant ask simple questions at this office without getting an attitude, thats sad. She was so rude even though the guy in front of me was not being rude just asking a question. This office is unprofessional, if you dont want to work stay home then with that nasty attitude others will gladly take your job. If I could give minus stars I would, I absolutely hate witnessing so called professionals being rude to patients, IT IS UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!

The reason that this place is not getting one star is because of the nurse. She was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and did her work efficiently and with excellence and care. However, everything else was absolutely horrible. It was much more expensive than going somewhere else. They promised lab results at a certain time, then failed to return them on time. The wait times were excessive. Worst of all was the receptionist. She was rude and unprofessional. She even complained about "incompetent" people to me while not doing her own job well. Avoid this office at all costs.

Went there for normal employee drug test spent 3 hours didnt have any other options cause thats what the employer offer when I asked why people are passing me who arrived after my arrival time the lady answer that they came by appointment, well I understand stand that but really 3 hours waiting is that a punishment or what. This place is a joke no respect for people time.
