Very rude, impolite staff; Billing system is a mess. No professional, Healthcare Corporation should have front-end/customer service staff that blatantly shows they despise their jobs so much that they treat their patients like each one is a chore to them. I must go to Quest semi-annually for routine Bloodwork that my insurance covers 100%. And each time, a man or a woman rudely calls me to the counter and demands I pay a certain sum of money to them right at that point, before I can have my blood drawn and leave. Ive learned to just tell them firmly that Im not paying them anything, to take it up with my insurance as is procedure, and that I must get moving on with my day. Ive been yelled at on more than one occasion to pay immediately, and remaining calm I refused until I was told I would receive a bill from them. (And coincidentally Ive never received a bill from Quest.) My advice? No matter how cranky you are from thirst/hunger, keep calm and you will save yourself a lot of trouble. And for any Quest Employees reading this: If anything... it is US, the patients, who have been fasting, and have much more of a reason to be rude with YOU. If you dont like your job, please do the rest of us a favor and find a different career.

This place is horrible. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. I waited as a walk in at one quest and when they went to draw my blood they realized they didnt have the right tubes so they sent me to this location. She informed me that she put my info in the system and to explain to them what had happened. I got to those locationand was told to take a seat. No one called me and I got up and I stood at the window for 20 minutes and the lady just kept calling people up to the window and didnt even acknowledge my presence. I asked someone to make sure they had the tubes and they said they did and theyd call me back shortly. After over 2 hours of waiting, one of the employees says to me.. "You havent been called yet? What did she do with the tubes she pulled for you? Come on back so we can get you taken care of." While waiting in the back part to go in a room, he asked the lady what happened and she says I" guess send her back since shes been here so long." I am 4 months pregnant and high risk. I had not eaten and it was 1pm by the time they saw me. I was quite sick by that time. I will not go back to this location again.

Be prepared for zero communication between signing in and being called for lab work. No one working at the check in window the entire 55 minutes that I waited before being acknowledged in any way. I asked for the manager whom I was told was named Denise, but I didnt want to wait even longer to tell her the way she runs this business is insulting, backwards and does not instill confidence. If they run the back the way they run the front I wonder how many lab tests are mixed up with patients names. Corporate needs to secret shop this location and replace the management. I was more upset on befalf of the many elderly patients with canes who stood at the window for over 20 minutes with no employee greeting them. Inexcusable intentional discourtesy. And Im appalled by the attitude of the employees I encountered (after the 55 minutes of nothing.) One man argued there was nothing wrong with no contact, that the signs explain what to do and what to expect. Two of these workers are downright condescending. No humanity for their clients, many of whom will not survive the surgery they are having Quest test their blood for.

Ive been here three times I have to get blood work taken every month because I want to get on a pill called accutane for acne and thats whats required . So many blood work and pregnancy tests I need to do , its aggravating and what makes it worse is the service here . An older African American lady with short hair is always the one in the front and is the one who always has a bad attitude , any question you ask her comes off ass if your bothering her or if she cant assist you ,Im so tired of coming here because of her . Another lady asked her how long it would be and she told her " do you not have patience ?" If it wasnt because this was close to me I would NEVER in my life come here . Teach your associates how to respect people especially if shes the only one assisting them .

I don’t like the fact that Quest Diagnostic billing office does not follow up on claims they submit incorrectly to the insurance. I was told by a billing representative that is the Patients responsibility to follow up on the claims. I received a ridiculous bill from Quest with threats to send me to collections if I don’t pay. I had to call my insurance and have them resubmit a corrected claim. I fill that if Quest wants to get pay they need to stay on top of their claim. I don’t work for Quest and they don’t pay me to do their billing. This is the worse experience I ever had. On top of that they costumer service is the worse they have not skill to deal with unsatisfied clients and they are not willing to make it better

Nasty lady and would not help at all unless I give her $100 after I waited one and a half hours for a bill I never got thats not even 3 weeks old. Luckily I was able to talk to a manager and got my testing done. If I knew I had a balance, it would be different, besides they know companies bill u and it takes time. This red dyed hair African-American lady just need training on how to deal w patients, empathize and be more undersdtanding, skills that she certainly didnt have and skills that are a must in the medical field! I was there before and the rest of the staff was nice, I guess it wasnt my day today :(

Went in for routine blood work, was immediately told it would be more than an hour wait. Only 4 people in waiting room, a couple and a mother & daughter. I recently had surgery and wanted to go sit in my car parked outside. The sole lady sitting on the office told me if I left I would have to start all over again. How rude! I usually use LabCorp, however my doctor wanted me to use this lab because they can access the results online. I have never had good experiences at Quest Labs. I fully intend on filing complaints with the state and the corporate office of Quest. NEVER USE QUEST! TOO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

Compassionate and extremely efficient. I walked in with no appointment and was seen to right away. There are peak periods during the day and I do recommend making an appointment, but these professionals make it a breeze. I do not enjoy laboratory tests, but the politeness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. They always make you feel comfortable and discuss things with you in a professional and kind manner. I have been to other locations and it was not nearly as good as this one.
