Awful experience. I am a healthcare professional and dropped by this Labcorp because it was closest to where I worked. An employee named Suzanne was not properly trained to draw blood and after sticking the needle, started probing around. After multiple failed attempts, she pushed the needle deeper and went into my muscle. She finally drew blood but it was drawn from an artery instead of a vein and now my arm is bruised. I had received poor care at this site and will never come back and recommend no one to come here.

THOSE WOMEN IN THERE NEED HELP. YOU HAVE TWO WOMEN IN THERE THAT ARE CONTINUALLY SWAMPED. ITS NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER OR TO THEM. USE SOME OF THAT INSURANCE MONEY YOU GET AND HIRE AT LEAST TWO MORE. GIVE THE TWO THAT ARE ALREADY THERE A RAISE. THEY ARE LOYAL. HATE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE CALLS IN SICK. NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD YEARN TO GO BACK TO QUEST LABS.

Today I walked in to find very rude receptionist and walked out. Only use this location if you are used to bad attitude. Should you really trust your health to the company that hires this type of people? If Labcorp cannot find polite receptionist can you imagine quality of other personnel that is even harder to find?

Get here at 11:58.. Walk in.. "we closed, come back in an hour" closed? *unknown nurse points at clock*" closed" I just came here as requested to get a damn drug screening.. Possibly the rudest thing that Ive had to deal with in a long time

Not what it used to be. They cut the amount of people that use to be there and it shows in service. Things that use to be caught and working good has turned into shortcuts that can be costly to the person going there.

Ive been here half a dozen times. If you go in very early youll be in and out very fast. Do not go before lunch as it gets crowded and they close for lunch
