First of all my 5 year was not allowed to eat for 8 hrs prior to this visit but because of the earliest availability of the appointment being 1015am and due to a fact that shes a child and went to sleep at 10 pm and didnt wake up until 8am she had not eaten in over 13 hrs!!!! We waited an hour with an appointment while my child was starving and crying because she is terrified knowing that her blood is going to be drawn and seeing all these people in a room was terrifying her. This is was an absolute horrible experience and you guys not only put my child in a terrifying situation but even worst you caused a 5 yr old pain and suffering!!! Not to add that children should be prioritized since they cant handle situations like this, nor hold their hunger. You guys made a 5 yr old cry and terrified her, good job!!! What is an appointment good for if you cant even see us on time??? I drove an extra 8 miles just to take her to a speciality pediatric draw clinic with an appointment with no priority or concern shown by the nurses that this is a child that is starving. Prioritize the children!!!!! What is wrong with you guys???? Not to mention when I ask the nurse at the front desk and inform her the child is starving she simply tells me she cant find her file and then asks me why I didnt give her the work order. This was my first time there, they didnt call her because she didnt have the paperwork instead of just asking me for it?? hopefully this is my last time here!!! Horrible simply horrible!!! Jumping people with appointments and serving others with no appointments

I had an appointment today for 10:45. I came in and there was no one at the desk or around. The waiting room was full so I just sign my name on the clipboard and wrote down my appointment time. About 20 min later one of the girls takes my script (didnt check id or ins card), one hour passes by and i hadnt been called. I thought maybe they were short handed so i didnt mind that much. Then, they started to call them people who got there after me. A young caucasian blond girl (no name tag) who should have absolutely no business working with people, comes out and I asked her (I thought I was being polite) about my situation. With an attitude she starts asking my name, whether I had sign in and where. I find the sheet with my name, which had already been taken out of the clipboard and point it out to her. Again with and attitude, she tells me that was the walkin-in list and there s no way of knowing how long will it be. I explained to her I had an appointment at 1045, it was already past 1200 and when I came in there was no one receiving, so i just signed my name on the list everybody else was signing and wrote my appointment time next to it. She then answered: "Well we are not suppossed to be here and you are supposed to read the clipboards." i asked for my scripts back, said thank you, she didn t acknowledge and about 3 people got up to check where they had signed in.

First of all my GPS takes me around in circles looking for 1700 Lucerne Terrace; parking attendants near Lucerne Terrace Park send me in the opposite direction. No one I ask knows where it is. I called the office at 11:59 a.m. and a recording answers the call sending me for several loops then puts me on hold where no one answers. I finally decided to enter the medical bldg nearest to the park at 100 Gore Street/Columbia and find Quest Diagnostics office with a sign closed for lunch between 12-1 but had offered me a 12:15 p.m. appointment. Someone strolls by as I take a picture of the sign but does not attend to me so I decide to take their picture avoiding me. This was a harrowing experience. I regret to have ignored the negative reviews. Please see attached pictures for more information.

The worse lab office that I ever went to, because i was waiting 2 hours and I had a appointment also i arrived early but i saw all the new people were getting the blood test and nobody called me when i went to ask they told me that the lady before me was for a apointment earlier than mine but it wasnt true because i heard when the lady said her apointment was at the same time as mine , the people who work there are not nice either and nobody in the office let u know what sign in sheet u were suppose to fill out in the waiting list I will never go to this HORRIBLE OFFICE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE makes sense why this lab has 2 stars should of read reviews!

Setting an appointment here is useless.. I consistently make my appointments on time and most times even early. And they consistently make me wait at least 1.5 hours or or more despite the appointment... They act as though their jobs are more important than yours. On top of the long wait time. The woman at the front desk is consistently smart-mouthed, rude, impatient, and cold to EVERYONE who comes through the door. I sincerely hope management addresses her conduct soon.. no one wants to come here to be greeted by a mega-bítch!!! Avoid this location if you can!!!

I made an appointment for nine thirty. An hour later, I discovered that they had two sign up sheets. Both had a place to put in your appointment time. When someone finally came to the desk, five of us asked what the long delay was for. She told us we signed the wrong sheet, and we would just have to wait now. They were rude and dismissive, and obviously knew there would be no consequences. I just left, and changed my doctors appointment. They dont care, they work for a company that doesnt care, and patients just have to live with it.

I walked in and my appt time was honored immediately . He was professional & courteous and competent to take my blood and I feel for the staff who have to do every thing with little support . Im a baby needle person and he had to search the premises for the right size but did so with dignity. And its a shame companies are so worried about the bottom line to not supply their staff with proper supplies and expect them to do everything is ridiculous . Anyway the young man at Lucerne was awesome!

Well the ladies that work here clearly hate their job. I walked in and was immediately treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. The first lady I dealt with was the most unprofessional person I have EVER encountered. My fiance and I were floored by the way she was talking to us and even asked for a different person to do my blood work. Thankfully though, Dorothy walked in and saved the day. She was so sweet and so nice and put me at ease for an already stressful situation.

Please note that Quests corporate policy is that they MUST take walk ins. If Sheeba the receptionist is on duty and she tells you that the Lucerne location does not take walks on Saturdays then she is sadly mistaken. Report the issue to Quest via their corporate website and a supervisor will call you back the next business day. In the meantime find another lab and let your doctor or hospital know of the issue.
