I made an appointment, so I really didnt wait long. The first girl was sweet. She had a hard time finding a vein and was able to get half the order, so she was taking a little longer with me and ended up having to call in someone else to finish. The other tech started getting mouthy and told her to just stick it in anywhere and see what she gets, because all the people in the waiting room were getting mad and giving her the evil eye. She was quite rude. Maybe they should rethink the techs they hire and keep more of them on staff!! I walked away being stuck 3 times and have a big painful knot on the top of my hand that will surely bruise. Obviously I wont be returning this office!!!!!!

The only way to schedule is via their Website - they dont accept phone calls. I had a reference number for the work ordered by my physician, but the Website does not have a field to enter the number. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to be told that the ordered test can only be done before 8:00 AM. I was right there in front of the receptionist, but she would not reschedule me. I was told I had to use the Website. She was rude, and she cared not a flip that I followed their procedures for scheduling, drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told the lab work needed to be done before 8:00 AM. The staff act as if they are herding cattle. No respect for their consumers.

The phone system did not work at all, I called twice and it put me on hold with a message that "they would be with me soon" that ran repeatedly. Then the system would just drop me. About half the time when I interact with the staff they are subtly rude and avoid answers to questions. I have even felt invisible at times. Service is not their strong suit. I will be going else where for lab work.

Got there at 2:03 pm place was empty three ladies sitting around said the testing stop at 2:00 p.m. place open till 3:00p.m. I informed her i tried calling no one would answer my call. I ask her to schedule me an appointment gave me a business card. Absolutely no desire to help me at all.

Tried the website to make an appointment. Never could figure out how to get through this remarkably bad system. Will change my testing to Quest rather than try to deal with this any further!
