I dont like needles, much less having someone stick me in the arm and have to sit there and take it. I only had to wait a few minutes for my appointmen so that wasnt too bad. (the quicker I got it done, the happier Id be) Now, I have a couple fairly decent veins but Ive still had them "roll" and people at other places have had trouble hitting them. Not this time. The young lady that took care of me had no problem and actually asked me how i was doing when we were about 1/2 way through (5 out of 10 vials). Id never had anyone ask me that so I was impressed. Thank you for the quick and almost painless service.

I made an appointment and still had to wait forever. The second time when I was doing follow up blood work after 30 minutes of waiting I had to leave since I was on a break from work. The people are either really friendly or really rude. One woman was talking bad about a patient that had to leave because shed been waiting for so long. The tech was upset that shed worked on the labels (?) for no reason. I thought it was really inappropriate. One guy who took my blood was awesome. Incredibly competent, friendly, and fast. Hes the reason they get two stars. I wish I remembered his name.

Went to two other quest and left because it was so crowded and long wait even though I had an appointment!!! Went to this one for prenatal screenings and had to do glucose test. Drank the liquid and waited an hour (Standard procedure) Immediately after, tech named Jerry took my blood easier than any blood draw in my life!!! I have never had such luck with finding a vein let alone getting over the needle!! I was so impressed! The front desk clerk apologized for the wait and thanked every person for their patience. Quest labs can be a nightmare but I definitely recommend this location!

Dajuan was very friendly, pleasant, and informative when checking me in. My appoint was at 9:45am and I was seen at 9:45am. Maria took my blood flawlessly. I almost didnt feel the needle poke at all. Its because she was confident in what she does and patiently took the time to find an optimal vein. She had to search both arms and Im very very very glad she did. That really means a lot to me because others havent been as careful (in general; not here) - others have poked multiple times and caused pain and bruises. Maria gets it done right the first time. THANK YOU MARIA!

My first trip to this location- blood was not drawn according to my Dr.s orders, so I had to have it drawn again at the office. No answer/ no recording when you call this number so I had to call 1-866-MYQuest to confirm the fax number. Evidently this locations calls are primarily handled by a call center. When I tried to explain that a recording would have helped me know that the fax number for Dr.s orders was correct, the service rep basically just told me "thats how they do it"... a second frustrating experience with this location.

From the low overall rating and bad reviews, I thought this place would be miserable. It turned out to be great! I ended up going to this location because they had the earliest appointment to do blood work. I found the place easy enough and waited less than 10 minutes total to be seen. The guy who drew my blood was a pro. I barely felt anything and it was so quick. Everyone was really friendly and nice, and I was out of there in no time. What more could you ask for?

I went in to make an appointment. The place was full, SRO, and no one at the desk. After about 5 minutes the lady came handed me a card to call some 800 number and told me she didnt have time to talk with me at all. Any concept of customer service is seemingly a joke here. As long as people go there and tolerate this type of health care, this level of service will prevail.

I have small rolling vanes hard to hit and find, I request ted for butterfly and explained why they were more the happy to comply with my request. Even though they still had a little bit of trouble getting blood out of me they did a great job. I did had to go back because they needed a little more blood and they were always gentle as can be and very nice people.

Horrible front desk service. I walked in and signed my name, no one greeted me at all, all they did was stare. It was 3 women up front. I signed my name and one of them said "Give me your paperwork.." Just rude the entire time..on their phones, just terrible customer service.. and I dont write reviews at all but I had to for this experience:

While waiting, you will have to listen to a loud stream of totally ridiculous television commercials having nothing to do with health so this outfit can squeeze the last dollar from the patients exposing them to paint commercials. The whole experience is very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional.
