I will be going to Quest for the first time. I called their number to get information on hours and if appointments were available. There was no answer at 11:50AM on a Friday morning. I was referred to their mailbox which was full. Not a good way to start a relationship.

Appointments can be made online. I arrived signed in, after a short wait was taken care of. The girls were nice and very professional. Best of all my arm is not bruised or hurting. They know how to draw blood. It all goes along better for you if you can relax.

Signed it at 328pm and they tell me that i had to get there b4 330pm to get a drug screen. I showed her that i was signed the paper b4 330pm. Her response was "u need to get here 15min b4 330pm". Why dont they just say to be there by 315pm then?? Geesh.

My wife and I use them on a monthly basis. We make our appointments on the internet and are always in and out in a reasonable amount of time., They take very good care of us and are happy with their services.

I had a blood drawing today shortly after noon, and the young lady who did the drawing did a perfectly wonderful job! Her name is Veronica and I give her not just 5 stars, but a full 10 !

In comparison with the other local lab company we have, Quest is by FAR the best bet. No waiting, great staff and the best phlebotomist Ive even had (Thanks Erika!). Choose Quest!
