I had to wait 2 hours for a 5 min drug test. They should have a separate waiting list for people who need to take a 5 min drug test. After waiting about an hour and a half, I got up and asked the receptionist whether they have called my name up. To my surprise, they did call my name and it was a very busy day that day and there was a lot of commotion in the waiting room so it was very easy for me not to hear my name. Even better is the fact that they called my name from the adjacent waiting room and did not bother to check the other side of the waiting room. Wasted a bulk of my time here, do not do the same.

This place has been terrible for me for now the third time that I have been here. I had an appointment here last time and had to wait 1.5 hours to be called back and was late to a staff meeting because of it. Two times now they say that they need to call for "clarification" on allergy test my doctor ordered, by no means are they in a hurry to call. Then they dont even apologize while I get tossed on the back burner. Very sloppy with time management.

Brought my 6 month old BABY in for an UNSUCCESSFULL blood draw due to a completely incompetent nurse who dug around in my sons arm for 5 minutes with blood coming out and somehow still could not manage to find his vein!!! Now I have a HURT pissed off baby with no labs to show for the pain he went through! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
