I had a 1:00 pm appointment. Waited until 1:30 but no one returned from lunch. After fasting from the night before I was extremely upset. Who runs a lab like this? Three other people were waiting including a pregnant woman without any place to sit down. Looking for a new lab. Any suggestions? There is also no phone number to call to file a complaint to a supervisor or someone in authority to correct the problem. As a side note the nearest Quest lab located to this one, on Lucerne Terrace was closed for training. Unbelievable!!!

The front desk female named "CHAY" is EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY both times I have gone to this location to drop off specimens for my patients. She doesnt smile, she barks orders to sign in and have a seat, then snatches the order slip from me, demands more information ( she wanted a doctors name for my NURSING agency!! ) then looks at the specimens with snarl on her face like there is something wrong with them. CHAY gives west customer service a bad name!

There was only one person working in this Quest. She handled all the front desk tasks, insurance collection, urine cups and she also drew your blood. She seems extremely short tempered due to the multiple tasks that she has. My urine cup was cracked and I was told to just leave it in the basket!!!! Get help in this office!! Due to OSHA laws, I am not sure this would sit well.

Most unprofessional office Ive ever dealt with, made appointment online which was confirmed the day before the appointment and when I get there theres a sign that says theyre closed for training and when I looked at my email I find one saying I cancelled the appointment. OUTRAGEOUS

I had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Kesier. Thank you for a Quick blood drawn. It usually takes a few sticks. Also the Laugh and Advice. The valet parking attendant laughed, appreciate, and deserved the tip. Its the start of a Great day. Once again thank you Kesier!

Quick, in and out. Was literally there for less than 10 minutes. Valet parking at the facility. Try and book a 1 oclock appointment, as the office takes a lunch break from 12-1. Nice staff, too.

These people are not only slow but lazy. They close for lunch at 12 so dont expect them to see you anytime around 12. Dont go to this place unless its strictly necessary.

Made an appointment on my phone. Sat maybe 10mins. The script my doctor sent couldnt be read so they allowed me to call. Took care of me right away and painless.
