DONT GO TO THIS PLACE About 3 weeks ago my husband and I went to this quest diagnostics so that my husband can take his drug test for his new job. We arrived here at 3:00 p.m. on the dot. I let my husband know that I am going to wait for him in the car and that it shouldnt take you that long. So he goes inside by himself and there was an African American lady who attends him, he lets her know that he was there to take a drug test for his new job. she then replies saying that he would have to come back tomorrow because they stop taking all drug test and any other test at 3:30 p.m. (again we got there at 3:00 p.m. on the dot) so my husband tells her its okay I will come back tomorrow, as he is leaving he notices an African American man standing be hide him and he tells the same lady that was attending my husband that he was there to take a drug test for his new job as well and the lady replies to him that she would be able to help him. My husband over heard all of this as he was walking out. He comes back to the car and lets me know everything that happen and he was very upset that the lady didnt take him but took the African American guy that was be hide him. So I look at the time and notice that it is 3:05 p.m. and Im telling my husband if she says she stops doing test at 3:30 p.m. why cant she help my husband out it is only 3:05 p.m. ? so I go into quest diagnostics by my self and ask to talk to the lady who attended my husband, so she beginnings to tell me that her "policy" says that she can not do any drug test after 3:30. I tell her that its not even 3:30 yet and why couldnt you help my husband but you could help the man standing be hide him who was here to do that same thing that my husband was here for?. She doesnt even answer my questions at all and just keeps telling me her policy this her policy that. ITS NOT EVEN 3:30 ..then after all of that she tells me you can tell your husband to come back and I will let him take his drug test.. so I go outside and let him know. He goes back inside by himself and she lets him take the drug test and after he was done. she tells him that "IF I WANT I CAN FAIL YOUR DRUG TEST AND CALL YOU NEW PLACE OF HIRE AND MAKE A COMPLANT AGAINST YOU!! AND IF YOU BRING YOUR WIFE BACK HERE I WILL FAIL YOUR DRUG TEST AND MAKE A COMPLANIT AGAINST YOU TO YOUR NEW PLACE OF HIRE". My husband told her I am sorry and this will never happen again. When my husband came back and told me this.. I called quest diagnostic company and made a complaint against her. I asked them do you guys have a "policy that states you can not take any drug test or any other test after 3:30 that lady told me no we do not have a policy that states that. I also asked her if the lady attending my husband was allowed to fail my husbands drug test and call his new place of hire and make a complaint against him. She told me no we could get into a lot of trouble if any of our employees do any of the things I asked her. She told me she was going to send someone out there tomorrow morning. If I was you I wouldnt go to this place these people who work there shouldnt be treating there customers this way, they are put in a line of trust. You dont want anyone messing with your drug test because you got there on one of there bad days. It isnt fair. Thank god she didnt do anything to his drug test he pasted it with flying colors and didnt call to make a complaint. If this happens to you report it to quest diagnostics. This lady could end up putting some ones life at risk because she feels some type of way. Do not go to this place.. who knows she still could be working there. She is an African American lady with short brown hair and I think her name beginnings with the letter B , I cant understand her name writing to save my our life.. and if I could give this place a -0 stars I really would

I was given a drug test paper from a job that I had been waiting for. They told me I only had 2 days to do my test. So I immediately googled and went to the closest Quest facility. I seen when I arrived that they closed at 4 and it was less than 10 minutes til when I arrived. I went in and asked them if to was too late for me to take my drug test. The lady at the desk did not answer with a simple yes or no. Her repsonse was, "Can you pee a lot ? " I did drink water on my way there so I said yes. She gave me a cup to pee in. She told me where I had to pee up to which was a large amount. I did see a strip on the cup that was lower than she said. Bit anyway I peed higher than the mark already set on cup but not all the way to the top of this cup. So then she took my cup and poured it into on tube and filled so full putting a lid on it would have overflowed it. Then took the rest and put in second tube and then told me I did not pee enough. Her exact words to me were, "See I told you it wouldnt be enough ". Keep in mind I stayed professional and pleasant but from the begining she was very unprofessional. She then poured my urine from.one tube back into the cup and handed it to me and told me to go flush it down the toilet. Then she took the second one to the other bathroom and I assuming flushed it down the toliet because I did not see. She told me to go to the employer and get another paper and then come back another day. I went back to the employer who told me they can not issue me another drug test. So now because of her unprofessional behavior I can not get the job I have been waiting for ? The employer asked me to put in writing all of the details of my visit . That this is definitely a violation.

Avoid this place at all costs if you have small children. These people are as incompetent as you will find when it comes to dealing with children and extracting blood. My 5 yr old, as any normal child of that age, is afraid of needles and getting blood extracted. I advised the lady that it was his first time and all that woman cared about was me filling out the paperwork before she would take care of him. No sympathy, nothing towards a child. Cant explain procedure properly because she doesnt have enough words in her vocabulary due to lack of knowledge of the English language. She proceeds to tell my son to stop moving and crying because she has to put a big needle in his arm, showing off the thing in his face. In what mind does it compute that that will calm a 5 yr old down. then she calls this elderly woman to assist her and puts the needle in his arm and because he started crying more, mind you I was already holding him down, she decided not to continue because he was screaming to much. So after already inserting the needle in him, which is the worst part, she decided not to continue and just told me to take him to a hospital. So, if you want your child tortured, poked and have the "nurse" move a needle inside their arm, only to then deny service then this is the place for you; otherwise I suggest that you avoid this place completely and go to a place where they can have the patience and knowledge to work with children.
