This LapCorp location is severely understaffed. There is no front desk person to check patients in. LabCorp expects the two lab techs to handle the front desk work too! There was a two hour wait for walk in patients on Tuesday at 9 AM. I had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes. The poor overworked lab techs are pleasant and helpful despite having a room full of disgruntled patients. Tiffany was extremely helpful to many of the elderly patients who had waited two hours and couldn’t eat until their blood work was completed. There were so many people in the waiting room that there were not enough chairs for everyone to sit down. The way LabCorp treats their patients and employees is disgraceful. Do not go to this lab if you can help it.

Tuesday, I came in around 9am - I did not have an appointment. Those that do have an appointment have been waiting over a hour. Those who do not have an appointment have been waiting over a hour and forty minutes. I dont know if they are understaffed or/or unskilled, but this is unacceptable for such a large company. There are currently eight people waiting to be seen and its now eleven. There are five non-appointment people ahead of me.

Worst facility on the planet. Waited over an hour for a pre employment drug screen. Woman at the front counter was loud and ignorant describing how the last girl got fired. After I did what I needed to do I was washing my hands and she poured the rest of my pee in the sink as I was washing my hands.... who does that? I would give a 0 rating if I could. Labcorp you need new employees.

Great location highly helpful and as a kidney trans plant patient and do monthly labs they are the best. Special thanks to Leigha for all her help. I have done monthly labs for 10 years and this is the best labcorp by far. I would suggest people make appts to not wait because so many set appts for those that are walkins is tough!

Too bad that I cant give them zero stars. I had my blood drawn twice, and both times the results were as follows: LabCorp was unable to collect sufficient specimen to perform the test. One phlebotomist drawing over 100 patients per day. Front desk not showing any concern rude. Going to Quest to have my blood drawn a third time

Had to go for a pre employment drug test and was waiting for a little over an hour. The women working seemed to completely ignore people without appointments, and the ones with appointments werent treated any better. Probably wouldnt go there again unless I absolutely had to.

I was there a couple days ago and I had a great experience. The two girls there are under staff and work hard, I had an apt and was in and out in 5 min. so I do not agree with any reviews. wonderful place to go and have your blood drawn

Way under staffed . Waiting room is standing room only. Staff seems not to care about you if you dont have a appointment. Tgis place sucks if i was paying for this i would walk out right now tgey would not get a dime of my money.

Really like the two ladies at Labcorp, but they are terribly overworked. Went Thursday with an appt., but had to leave 50 min later because of another appt. Hoping I can get in Monday.

The nurse that took me back was extremely rude and yelled at me in front of her staff and the rest of the waiting room. If I ever have to do this again, it wont be here.
