The woman at the front desk is rude beyond belief, as if she hates her life and takes it out on those around her. Nothing that came out of her mouth was pleasant and everything sounded like an insult... especially when she felt the need to belittle clients for no reason whatsoever. When my child was present she explained, "Apparently you cant read your emails very well because it clearly says no kids allowed!" in a very demeaning tone. Why the need to insult instead of simply stating their policy? My child was picked up by my spouse and yet she still felt the need to be rude to me. She doesnt deserve her position and would be better suited at the McDonalds down the street. She was not knowledgeable about anything asked (very simple inquiries) and has the customer service skills of Oscar the Grouch. I will not be returning to this location as I have had much better experiences at other LabCorps.

I have been to alot of differerant LabCorp locations in Seminole county and the one on Lexington is by far the best one yet. I have been going once a month for two years now. The woman in the office are friendly , knowledgable professionable And are very good "pokers" lol Keep up the good work ladies. Sue C.
