I dont remember the last time I wrote a review, if ever, let alone about a medical lab! But my experience today was so awful I feel that this is necessary. I understand that Saturdays are a busy day, so when I walked in, I was not surprised to see six other people in the waiting room. I went up to the front desk lady and she was friendly and remembered me from the last time. I filled out my paper work, paid for my services and sat down. Knowing I had a few people in front of me, I patiently sat on my phone. Time passed, more people entered and waited, and finally the last person who was waiting before me was called in to be seen. The next name called was a person who entered after me, so I went up to the desk letting her know I really had to use the restroom and asked if I would be called soon since I thought I was next in line. She couldnt find my previous paperwork in their system and was in the process of re entering it. Ok. At this point, a simply stating the fact that the person had an appointment would have been appropriate. I heard what I thought to be my name called so I went back with the technician to receive a breathlyzer test before my urine sample. At this point I have been waiting around a half hour and was about to burst and asked if I could do the urine sample first. The technician rudely told me that "I may absolutely not". Frustrated because I HAVE TO PEE AND HAVE COMPETENCY ISSUES, I told him that I was about to pee my pants, and he responded along the lines of " thats all nice but you do not need to be sharing that information" Buddy, you work at a clinic thats main function is to collect urine samples. You deal with urine all day, dont be rude and act like Im speaking inappropriately. A simple "no sorry, this is the required procedure (breath THEN urine) " would have also sufficed. Im then sent back to the waiting room because I am the wrong person. Again, a perfect opportunity to tell me that appointments come first. *** I have no idea if this women had an appointment, benefit of the doubt for the lab At this point Im upset, and still have to pee. I decide that today is not the day and I would come back, and asked for a refund and was told I was next. I wasnt sure how long next was so I continued to stand in line for a refund. As Im in line, Im called back. I go to sit down and tell him it wasnt necessary for him to be so rude. He proceeds to say something like "this is what Im going to do, you can get out of here and Ill give you your refund" I tell him that I have to desperately pee, and have been waiting a while. He continues to throw a fit because I told him he was rude. Eventually I got my money back, and he BANNED me from ever coming back. Before being banned I told him I had a lovely previous experience and he told me it was because of my attitude. I had a bad attitude because he had a bad attitude. People cant get away with being rude to others without it being pointed out. As Im walking out the door he continues to yell at me from behind the front desk. Unprofessional, overpriced, and insanely rude. I feel bad for his co-workers. Theres no reason to treat anyone the way he treated me, especially when they are in tears with how badly they have to use the bathroom. I dont know any of their names but the man who was rude was the large, southern man. The women at the front desk and the other technician (who likes the Giants) were friendly and personable. If you need any lab testing I suggest Any Lab Test Now. It was $40.00 less, the staff was friendly, professional, and they made sure the results were accurately sent in front of you.

The hospitality at this establishment is second to none. Ive been going to ARCpoint in Orlando for a couple of months now and the friendliness of the staff far surpasses any of their competition, to the point where Im on first name bases with most of the employees there. Theyre a smaller shop compared to most, but that just means that they are capable of dealing with all their customers with the upmost respect, skill, and urgency. I dont think I have ever waited for more than 30 minutes to be seen, and have never had any type of problems when it comes down to results. They are truly some of the nicest people Ive meet in Orlando, and I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. Plus they also offer some of the lowest prices in town, which also serves as a plus. I highly recommend ARCpoint Orlando for any type of testing that you might need done.

Terrible experience. I was there for a pre-employment drug test, not for probation or anything like it. The lady at the desk was was nice as was the man who answered the phone when I called, but the girl who took me back for the test was horribly rude. Talking fast and mumbling like I should already know what to do. Not everyone gets routine drug tests and are savvy on the procedures. She needs another line of work. No one should be treated like this whether ordered by the legal system or by businesses for condition of employment. Its really not that hard to be polite and respectful. More than anything it was a tremendous shock. I dont remember the last time I experienced a business with absolutely no customer service. Glad its over. Also, they make you leave your purse outside of the bathroom while you are in there. A most unprofessional place.

This was the worst pre-employment drug testing facility I have ever encountered. The front desk lady was rude. When I went back to complete my test, the owner said there was not enough volume in the cup and directed me to wash my hands in a small sink and that I would have to complete the test again. The owner then picked up the cup of urine and then threw it into the sink where I just washed my hands. I was horrified. The owner then screamed at me that I was violating federal drug testing statutes if I left and would not allow me to return. I have a professional job and did not have time to wait to take the test again. The owner made me feel like I was some type of drug abusing person, and I have never been more humiliated in my life! I will be filing a complaint with OSHA and the state of Florida.

AVOID THIS PLACE, this place is extremely unfriendly and RUDE, they are rude with each other and rude to people, THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU ARE A CRIMINAL SINCE YOU WALK IN, and THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL ONCE YOU ARE THERE. not a single hi, they give you sarcastic looks to try to intimidate you ( I dont know the purpose of this) but they know nothing about how to treat people with respect. YOU CAN TELL THEY ALL HATE THEIR JOB AND THEY WANT TO TAKE IT ALL ON YOU.

Extremely rude and patronizing. Common courtesy is lost on the "owner" and his "assistant". Im sure many people have had a wonderful experience at this place - but Im not among them. And it turns out that a few other employees that went there for their pre-employment drug screens, had similar unpleasant experiences. Enough so, that we got together and convinced our employer to cease their association with ARCpoint Labs of Orlando Central.
