Warning: they will lie to you and tell you a time youll be waiting but it will be longer than that. When I was called to and helped with my paperwork, the receptionist said okay and pretty much meant to just sit down and wait; I asked nicely "um how long is it gonna be? Just like a general idea" and she answered sarcastically "sir, there are other patients ahead of you waiting." I said "I know but Im just looking for a general area of how long it will be, to which she said "probably like 20 minutes, maybe 25." I sat down and waited and once it got to 50 minutes and someone who Im pretty sure came after me I went up to her and asked how long its going to be until Im next. She said "sir, we have ONE person back there" and I said "okay, I understand but you told me 20 minutes before." She said "I know, but that was when we had 2 people, the other one went on break or something, I dont even know." I said "okay, but can you just give me an idea of how much longer for me?" and she said "I dont know, ask her!" and I said "you gave me a time before, I just want to know how much longer" and she said "AS I SAID, we had 2 people then and we have only 1 now." So I just gave up and sat down. I waited another 20 minutes and then the doctor called me. She was really nice and asked how long I waited and this is what made me feel bad about writing this review. It took 4 minutes to take my blood, label it, and put the bandage around my arm and she said "bye, have a good day and happy holidays." Im only writing this now because something needs to be done. The receptionist obviously hates her job and LabCorp probably doesnt care to hire enough people to get a reasonable time. I have been here before and got the same exact test and it took 10 minutes last time. They also need to train the receptionist to not be rude and to give an honest time. If she had told me 45 minutes to an hour when I first asked, I wouldnt have been mad AT ALL and I would have been fine with my experience. Its already obvious with the 1.2 Average Rating but Im just trying to provide my experience and hope something is done. Im definitely just going to drive farther to the Lake Mary or Oviedo location next time.

I wish I could give negative stars because thats what this location deserves. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. I should have walked out the minute I came in - firstly, on the day of my appointment, I was not able to sign in until after the front desk had called everyone already on the list up to the desk (so weird). Then, I was given incorrect information by the front desk and received a ginormous bill in the mail. In addition, they did not enter important information from my prescription into my account. They were less than helpful when I went back to assistance, and my insurance company was not even able to get them on the phone because no one picked up. I repeat - do NOT go here. If you must go to LabCorp, try the location in Lake Mary.

Absolutely horrible! Do not, I repeat do not come here!!!! Go to quest diagnostics they are a million times better. I made my dad an appointment for 9:30 am he didnt get called in until 11:30 or so after he yelled at the staff. They told him he was next then they called someone else a few minutes after they told him he was next. Horrible staff, horrible service. This isnt the first time either. I had decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them one last time. Never again! Save your time for a place that will treat you right. I wish I can give this 0 stars too bad thats not an option.

My daughter came here for lab work. Was told that without an appointment (?at a walk in lab?) the wait would be an hour, and that if she wanted an appointment, they didnt have one for THREE DAYS! Wow. How does this place stay in business. By the way, I read all the negative reviews, but tried any way. Shouldve believed what I read. One more thing: just keep driving past this place and go to Quest just a half mile more down the road. MUCH better. Walked in, busier than Labcorp and still in and out in 30 minutes.

This place is TERRIBLE. I always dread coming here. Unfortunately Quest doesnt take my insurance so Im always forced to go to LabCorp. The staff are always extremely rude and its obvious they hate their jobs. There is never enough help (phlebotomist doubles as a receptionist). Even with an appointment, the wait times can easily be one hour+. Half the sign is missing on the front of the building and has been for months. You can tell this company doesnt care. I would give this place 0 stars if I could!

I wish there was a way to give negative star ratings, I would if thats allowed, the front desk is out right rude, flawed w.r.t to their process, have no idea what they are doing, I dont think they want to work here, am waiting for the past 3 hours (still waiting while writing this review) for simple blood work, of course am not coming back to this place They need to hire better front desk/receptionist (her being rude and unprofessional had made this whole experience 1000 times worse)

Ive never encountered a level of rudeness so high in my life until I walked in into this location!!! As a RN who drop off labs for my patients, I can assure you not only medical proffesionals are being mistreated in this office, but regular patients as well. The front desk lady has the worst attitude a human being can display towads another. These people need to learn how to treat patients. This is essential if youre going to work with the public.

I went here today to obtain My new employee drug screen. the lady at the desk told me 3 people were ahead of me, 1 hour and six people being called ahead me, 3 of which signed in after me without appointments, I was still waiting so when I asked the lady she left the front desk to "check and see" and didnt come back bUT they came and called yet another person back ahead of me, so I left because I had another appointment elsewhere

worst customer service ever I have a 10 day old baby the had lab work done and didnt want to take it because I didnt have the insurance card in hand after I explained several times the insurance company can only provide the number till we are to get the card by mail and all they could say was if the information is wrong your responsible for the bill horrible service will never go there again

i only hear people talking about conplain waiting so long time. They said they have appointment and they waiting over hours from their appointment hours. I see only one tech and one person at front desk. I see some people came in after me with out appointment they get service before me. Friendly staff members but poor management system. I wondering is it same other location.
