This establishment has been a horrible experience. The lady behind the front desk today was extremely rude to me, even though I have taken my mother there several times. My mom is 70 years old who is oxygen dependent and frail. She acted like it has been an inconvenience for my mom to go there to get blood work because an old lady slows her down. She told my mother today that this was the last time she would "help" my mom walk and the last time she would assist her. I struggle to be a primary caregiver for my mother and work full-time. I have had to drop my mom off there to go back to work and have my husband pick her up. I have worked in healthcare industry for 15 years and I have NEVER treated a patient this way. The management needs to train the staff at this location to serve the elderly with respect. THIS IS WHAT THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY IS ALL ABOUT!! I am so upset I am not only going to contact the site manager, but I am also going to contact the cooperate office and the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute excellent service always from Chris and Pat both professional, knowledgeable and KIND, I will drive out of my way to go to this center. Always have a positive experience due to these employees. So refreshing to see. I have never had a bad experience there from anyone but these two people are superb. Thank-you.

Excellent service! Chris was my tech and did an awesome job! I had Chris at my last test in the Mandarin facility. When I sat down for my test, he remembered me from the Mandarin office. He is very respectful and kind....great personality and so friendly. He makes his patients smile! Thank you, Chris!

This is worst place that I had been for blood check. If you are late for couple minutes, they make you wait until end of all other waiting people. And top of that, they are never ever took me on time to withdraw my blood. They are NOT at all professional. Please go to some other Quest Diagnostics.

Horrible!!! Do not go to this place! They are rude, misleading and value collecting money upfront over all else. They refused to draw my blood over a bill that WAS NOT EVEN DUE! They passed me over for other people and made me call corporate to prove myself! Absolutely disgusted.

I have been many Quest labs for 10+ years. This is the worst place. Quest should shut down this location. They are NOT Professional. They are always late while taking you in even if you have an appointment. They are NOT skilled. Front Desk are rude, mean and simple bad people.

The staff that others claimed to be rude and unprofessional have been replaced. This was the easiest, friendliest, most painless, nausea free blood drawing Ive ever experienced. If in still on the area next time I need a drawing, Ill come here.

The lady that took my blood is a very good phlebotomist, I didnt feel a thing and it was lightning quick. I dont have good veins and most everyone that tries to draw from me has a hard time. Very personable as well!!

This Quest location is understaffed. During a recent trip, only one person was working, while "everyone else was at lunch." Consider going to another location before wasting your time and patience.
