Hoy fui a entregar el sobre que contenía las muestras de heces fecales para el laboratorio habían dos personas más en la puerta y me dicen , está cerrado entonces empecé a introducir el sobre por la ranura de la puerta y cuál fue mi sorpresa de adentro lo Alarcón bruscamente abrieron la puerta y falto poco para que me lo aventara en la cara y en una pésima forma me dijo esto no lo puede dejar aquí, otra persona le dijo a la empleada , a que hora cierran ? Y está respondió a las 11:00 a lo q la otra persona le riposto : pero no son las 11 y la empleada dijo , si es q cerramos unos minutos antes , ahí le pregunté pero este sobre no es para ponerlo en un buzón de correos ? Y me dijo si pero para dejarlo aquí tiene q firmar un papel y ya está cerrado , el contenido parece normal pero había q ver esta señora ,lamentablemente una hispana blanca medio pasadita de peso q pésima forma para tratar al público, ahí nos tiró la puerta en la cara a mi y a las otras dos personas q estaban allí primero q yo y q aún no eran las 11

Do not take your infant here for blood work. We took our 8 month old here and are regretting it. First, we waited at least 30 minutes and from reading other reviews this is par for the course for this lab. The first nurse couldn’t find the vein – after rooting around for a bit - so she called in another nurse. This other nurse was unfriendly and tapped my daughter’s arm several times (hard enough to make her cry) to try and get the blood going. Once she inserted the needle, she too had trouble finding the vein. She kept saying it was “shifting”. So, with the needle still in my baby’s arm, the nurse continued to MOVE IT AROUND searching for the elusive vein. My daughter screamed bloody murder so I had them stop immediately. The first nurse was very apologetic but the second nurse, meh. She couldn’t care less. I should add that my daughter was fasting for three hours prior to this, which could’ve explained the difficulty in finding a vein, but I believe that a phlebotomist experienced in pediatric draws could’ve done it. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here and will stick with the lab on Turkey Lake Road. They were great.

Even with an appointment I have waited an hour or more to have fasting blood work drawn. On more then 1 occasion myself and other patients have had to stand because all seats in the waiting room are full! The attitudes another review mentioned are undoubtedly due to being understaffed at this facility. Quest should open a second clinic within a mile or hire more staff at this facility. If staff are overworked everyday over time mistakes are made, accidents happen and workers sour. I do not want to drive 7-10 miles to another facility, I hope they fix the situation.

Went to this location at 9:30am? signed in as a walk-in and wait time posted was 20 mins.... ok fine, waited in the car and checked the screen 15 mins later and wait time was 18 mins....what??? Ok, waited a few more and an hour past and still the screen was 18 mins...tried to go the the bathroom and there is only 1 unisex with a line full of people with cup holders... Decided to leave and go to Metro west location since ive been serviced pretty fast before and as soon as i signed in, wait time was 10 mins and they called me in 10 mins... great service at metro west

So I waited an hour and 40 minutes earlier with my 2 year old. No-one mentions anything when I check in or during the wait but after an hour and 40 minutes they decide to tell me I cant give a sample with my toddler present. They advise me to come back later without him and skip the line. I am here for the second time today and have now been waiting 35 minutes (so far), despite complaining. They dont care. They think it is acceptable to waste 2 hours and 15 minutes of your day for something that takes 30 seconds. Unbelievable. I wish I could give them 0/5.

Wow, this one was bad! I am NEVER EVER returning here. After waiting for over 2 hours, I finally got in. Then they sent me into a restroom for my urine sample, with NO soap! During my 2+ hour wait, I had to endure the agony of listening to their employees condescending tone towards unfortunate patients who were seeking answers to their questions. There was absolutely NO care or concern for anyone, especially the elders. Older people DO NOT know how to sign in to an electronic device, especially without a clear sign! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible people ! The worst staff I ever met in health clinic, we came with my 2 year old 7 minutes before they close and they literally locked the door in my face, after knocking on the door multiple times they open to let one patient to get out and telling me they just closed 1 minute ago and never saw me or heard me all this time even though one of the patients that was seating inside confirmed everything I was saying. They just let us turn around and leave with my 2 year old.

I have gone to other Quest Diagnostics. This one is the worst by far! 1)Customer service is poor! Not welcoming at all. 2)They have a monitor estimating time. An 2 and a half hours showing 16 mins for me to be seen. Now it shows 10 minutes. Im leaving! 3) Gets crowded and not enough chairs for everyone. HIRE MORE STAFF Last time I come here! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL WITH OUR TIME! LET PEOPLE WITHOUT APPOINTMENT KNOW THE WAIT COULD BE 2 HOURS OR MORE

Glad I decided not to listen to all these negative reviews cause I actually had a good experience. I had an appt. (Weekday afternoon), was called back within a minute of checking in, only had to wait another minute before being escorted back to the blood drawing room. They collected about 5 vials plus a urine sample and had me in and out in under 10mins. Staff was pleasant and professional. Plenty of seating, modern and clean.

Its sad cause the nurse that draws out the blood is so gentle and friendly but the people at the front or at the billing are so rude and unprofessional. They rise their tone at you for no reason and give you attitude if you asked them a question. Also one of the ladies likes to be very sarcastic in a very rude way. And how they handle specimen and label them asking and making fun of it in front of you like it you werent there.

I came as a walking, and i over heard another parient asking how long will it be. She said an hour. So I was okay with it, i was here for one of my kids. Its been an hour and 40 minutes since i sign in, i went to the front desk and she told me that they were on patient number 111 and that i was 124. My youngest and my midle one was desperate to leave. They didnt seem to care. This is unbelievable.

The worst place ever , they are rude and most of dont care thats the part that get to me. If you dont like your job quit dont take it out on customer. I find Quest Diagnostic to be a horrible company cause Ive lived in this area for very long time and that location has always been bad . So question is what is taking so long to fix the problem?
