Went in for my child to get some blood drawn. Granted I was a walkin but it had to be done that day. Several people that had come in after me were being seen. The lady behind the desk informed me that she was the only one checking people in and doing the lab tests. I mean, the waiting room was PACKED of people. I asked how long it was going to take and she told me over an hour and that was after waiting an hour to be checked in. She wasnt friendly either. When I finally got called back, the lady couldnt find the vein in my childs arm. Totally traumatized my kid....just a horrible experience. BTW- A lady in the waiting room was fuming because she brought her 7 year old (looked to be that age) with her to get a drug test done and they wouldnt let her do it without someone watching her kid. They wouldnt even let him child stand outside the door. So she had to call her husband to leave work to watch her for 3 seconds while she peed in a cup. It was quite a site to see. I would be pissed off too. So if any of you are trying to get drug tests done, leave your kids at home because they dont tolerate them there!

This is one of the best places I have been where the staff are very professional and take pride in the quality of work and service that they do for the patients. I have been going here for the past 3 years and I can tell you that no other Quest Diagnostic compares to this place by the way of providing great quality of service. The atmosphere is always clean and for me it is worth the drive no matter how far I live.

In and out super quick! Google tells you Quests busiest and slowest times, so if possible, just plan around that if you dont like to wait. The lady who helped me (Keisha I believe her name was) was very friendly and professional and made getting stuck with a needle much more pleasant than it would have been otherwise. Will go back to this location next time! :)

Awesome service..... I have been going to this location for two years. The ladies there always greet you with a smile and make you feel like you are the only patient in the office. Thanks for going the extra mile and showing that customer service is still important!! Also, thank you again Mrs. K for making sure everything was correct with my name and labs.

Went for my one yr old daughters blood work. She was a bit fussy so i asked for help holding her. That wasnt the issue. The issue was the woman who was drawing blood repeatedly stuck the needle in and out "fishing" around for the vein and completely ignored me the first time i told her to stop. Would not recommend using this place for kids.

Staff was incredibly friendly when I arrived. I had an 8am appointment and they saw me by 8:05. I can see why the staff would be exhausted by later in the day, the flow of people was constant. My advice is make an appointment, show up 10 minutes early, bring a snack for after your test. Hanger is real, dont be an ass.

This place is the worst! Im starting to think the people arent as competent as they think they are. They can never give you accurate information such as time or exactly what they need from you. I waited for over an hour to DROP OFF a specimen. I hate it. I wish it was more options besides this company.

If I could rate this location any lower, I would. I NEVER write reviews because no business I have ever used has gotten it SO WRONG. Dont use this location - dont use Quest at all if you can help it.

The staff always seems to have a bad day. Granted its probably not the best job to have, but for someone that causes pain upon others (needle pricks) at least they could be a little more friendly.

The lady who did my test sent my results to the wrong place. Instead of sending it back to the doctor who requested it they send to somewhere else. Never go there.

In and out in about 30 minutes with no appointment. Staff was friendly. The phlebotomist was very nice and did a quick and painless job.
