If it was possible for no stars thats what they will get. Not only are they all rude and its not busy here sooo slow, their shouldnt be a problem for EVERYONE to receive excellent customer service today, And to top it off I watched 3 of the people who work here harassed a elderly women for feeling uncomfortable. Who ever hired these people know this can be stopped if you give people proper client training and work with your employees instead of collecting a pay check you would have better out come and obviously better reviews on Google lol good luck.

The women sit around and talk during business hours WHILE people are waiting to be seen as if being closed from 12-1 for lunch isnt enough for them. Theyre rude and look at you upside your head like theyre a little slow. I wish there were more competent people working in these locations. I was here yesterday at 1pm and today at 8am still waiting forever and a day. Please save your time and dont come to this one trust me.

Positives: I had an early morning appointment and was taken promptly, despite the fact there were three walk-ins ahead of me. Not-so-positive: the staff engaged in a verbal shouting match, very heated, about the computers, in clear ear-shot and in view of all waiting in the lobby; it was very tense and awkward. Also, the seating was torn and dirty, which didnt look too good for a lab. I wont be using LabCorp again.

Slow an rude management. Needs to make changes here very rude people who seem not to like there jobs an a suggestion. To have a separate line for drug screens how hard could it be to take a sample an move them along.
