According to the employees, if they only have one or two working, they load all there back rooms before they draw any blood - and if they dont have enough people to fill the back rooms... they make you sit there, until the get enough people in the lobby - hope you go at a busy time. I had an appt at 9:15am. I arrived at 8:47. One man was in the lobby who had signed in at 8:45 for a 9 am appt. Around 9am another lady came in. During this time two patients left the back after having blood drawn. After 25 minutes (entirely too long to wait without any acknowledgement) The man and I were called back to the desk. I was put in room 2; the lady was called back and was put in room 3; the man was put in room 1 and one of the phelbotomist drew his blood and he left. Myself and the lady in room 3 were left sitting there. There was no one left in the lobby. There were two staff, I could see them picking up in the office, looked like doing other chores- we were left to sit. 5, 10 minutes, 15, 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes 1, then 2 then 3 people were called to the desk and placed in room 4, then room 1, When a phelbotomist came in -I had been in the back room 30 minutes - she drew my ONE vial of blood, it did not take more than 45 seconds. I asked her what was the reasoning behind leaving us sitting back here- She said they only had two people working and they fill up all the rooms and then draw - thats what they do when they only have to people working. REALLY? Who supervises here? You have patients sit while waiting for someone to walk into the door? I one point I stepped out of the room and one of the ladies was walking around, I gave a questioning look and she looked at me like "just say something lady" - kinda scary when you know she may be sticking you with a needle soon. I will NEVER go to QUEST again. I have been to other locations and never been treated like this. I will be contacting my insurance company -to find another lab where I can go and recommend they drop Quest services.

Got me in and out quickly but a simple blood draw left me bruised for weeks. 3 weeks later i had to do another one and sure enough this one bruised up worse than the first. After 1 vial she had to move the needle around because she lost the vein. Never had it bruise up like this from other places, just them.

After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant to go here, but its close proximity to my home made it attractive. On a Friday afternoon, my experience was this: zero waiting time, efficient and polite service, no pain of any sort. I recommend.

Very slow and not friendly. Appears theres only 2 people (barely) working today and only a few of us signed in, still waiting after 45+minutes and waiting, without being acknowledged. People, contact your insurance for alternative clinics.

Best place to go. Orange park is just horrible and this place is comfortable, clean, and very professional. I recommend it if you can spare the time to drive down to riverside. I went in for a glucose test and some blood work.

Out of all the Quest Daignostics that Ive been to, this has been the best one so far. Staff is nice and they had a sense of urgency with getting people in and out, all while not cutting corners during your visit.
