Awful. All the way around. They never did send my lab results to my dr. I was able to get them off their corporate portal eventually. My dr needed them prior to scheduling a follow up appointment, so this delayed the entire process. I had to send them to my dr myself. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. If this is your first time there, I would plan to PHYSICALLY OBTAIN YOUR RESULTS yourself to send along to your dr.

Called in with a few questions regarding my insurance coverage. The representative on the line was extremely rude, kept me on hold for a long time while I could hear personal conversations in the background about what she has to deal with on the phone. This is not a place I would even feel comfortable getting blood work done.

Unfortunately our experience with the representative from LabCorp (Stow, Oh) was less then satisfying, the representative seemed to be very disinterested in their job. It would be worth every second to drive 1000 miles out of my way, in order to NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!

If I could give them a zero star I would. Had to wait 40 mins and was still waiting after two weeks for my drug test results and still never got it. And because if this I lost my potential job opportunity because of this company and on one there seems to be able to help you.
