Midtown Dental could easily blend in with the hip, downtown nightlife scene reminiscent of its surrounding neighborhood. The clean and trendy lounge is a nice touch, however compensatory for everything this office lacks as dental professionals. Their sales pitch for up-selling unnecessary procedures is designed to be intimidating, but ultimately came across as unprofessional and borderline insulting. I have a good sense for smelling out the used car salesman vibe. This was more like the cocktail waitress winking at you to buy bottle service. However, after not purchasing a few thousand dollars worth of something I didnt need, I was informed they would not simply do what was needed and covered by my insurance. A basic, routine cleaning from a dentist close to where I live. Of course, after a little drive and a second opinion it was easy to a new dentist after relocating to Houston. He confirmed my suspicion that my teeth were in perfect health, and my cleaning was completed the next day without a dime spent out of pocket. Months later, I received a bill from Midtown Dental for an addition amount above the co-pay (not charged at the the other office) due to a "miscommunication" between the office and my insurance. Im not a big online review guy. However, after having wasted my time and money I hope this will save someone else the headache. Keep it simple. Brush, floss, and avoid Midtown Dental.

My wife and I have been going here for several years and a recent experience exemplified the service here and inspired this review. I had a filling pop out and required expeditious attention. I called at 4pm and had an appointment booked for the following day. I was 5 minutes late and called ahead to verify that I was en route, and they said no problem. By the time I got there, they had already run all the paperwork (new year, new insurance coverage) and brought me back. Didnt feel the needle, no pain during the procedure, utmost professionalism by the entire staff. I was out of the office in under 45 minutes from my arrival. The new filling is working out great. I will continue to see Dr. Nab for a long time and continue to recommend him to my friends - this place is really excellent.

I happened to find his advertizement on a city free beauty magazine, and he advertized himself as accredit member of some dental academy, and my previous dentist told me it meant "prestige for dentists.And I went to this dentist as my previous dentist was retired. The office looked fancy, not bad impression, but the service did not worth it, just waste of my time and money to visit! And more..he said the bad things about the treatment which my previous dentist has done, and offer me to replace 3 crowns. I cannot trust this persons personality! And I realized later that the advertizement was scam...he was just the member of the academy, not a accreditted member. What a hell! I never go back again!!

I dont like going to the dentist!! Dr. Nab and his team have taken one of my least favorite things to do and dang near made it an almost pleasant experience! 100 % professional, fantastic talent and a caring team. I needed a few overlays due to some very old fillings and a cracked tooth and was stunned at the skill, talent and overall quality of service provided by all. Go see the good Dr. and say hi to the team for me. Im not saying Im looking forward to my next visit as I still need work done but I know it will be done with nothing short of absolute professionalism and care and the results will be top notch.

Midtown Dental is a great dental clinic and what I like about them is their amazing interior decor, the place has a very relaxing environment and they also have flat screen TVs. Dr. Nab always brings high quality of work and is exactly a great dentist - professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I am completely sure to go back there and will recommend Dr. Nab to all my friends and family. He deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you for taking good care of my beautiful teeth. =D

I actually enjoy my office visits. The staff are friendly and attentive. Appointments are on time with little or no waiting. One of the best parts of a visit to Midtown Dental is that they dont try to hard sell services you dont want. And they dont do procedures that cost extra and tell you after theyre done.

I have been going to this dentist for quite some time and recently got a night guard from them. The testing and final fitting they have done for a true customized mouth guard is top notch. I would be able to wear it the second night I tried. Thanks Dr. Nab and my favorite hygienist Jenny!
