I was really excited to go to this Dentist because I read so many good reviews about her. With the waiting lobby looking very nice, I expected the examination rooms to look outstanding. I was disappointed. The back looked really old and needed a remodel and the cleaning guy even came in and started cleaning while I was sitting in the chair. That struck me as unsanitary because the dust from the broom was flying up. The most disappointing part of my visit was waiting nearly 45 minutes to just see the dental assistant. The dental assistant didnt seem all that knowledgeable and the girl who polished my teeth wasn’t very thorough. I even saw the dental assistant next to me drop one of the instruments and the floor and just wipe it off and put it back. With that said, Dr. Wade was excellent. She has fantastic “bedside” manner and is very personable without getting too familiar and unprofessional. Their follow-up emails and notifications are great. You will never forget your appointment. I’m going back to get some more dental work done so hopefully they were just having an off day and will do better this time. The real time pictures of the patients teeth are very helpful. Ive never seen that in a dentist office before. It really helps you see what going on in your mouth.

I dont usually review dental offices but everyone here was just so nice, sweet, and helpful that I had to give them this review. I came in for a teeth whitening set and to discuss the possibility of invisalign. They took the time to explain how to use the whitening set and answer all of my questions, and then took the time to discuss the possibility of invisalign, what it would entail, and any other details I wanted to know. I felt like they respected the fact that I wasnt yet sure about invisalign and just wanted to speak with someone about it. They did not try to "sell" me on the service or convince me one way or the other - absolutely not pushy at all. They were also upfront on future costs and let me know that after the teeth were perfectly straightened, Id need a permanent retainer which would run about $700 more. After this experience, I am much more comfortable with the invisalign process and am likely going to return to get it done. Great place!

My Invisalign took a bit longer than expected to arrive and I was frustrated but Dr. Wade and her staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond the necessary measures to ensure that I was satisfied. I live in a different city and I could only make it in to Houston after regular business hours. They stayed open just so I could get my buttons in and get started with the treatment. Dr. Wade is kind and really cares about her patients and really works with you and your schedule. I really appreciate her and her staff going the extra mile for me. I work in the Health-Care field and I am an EXTREMELY picky person when it comes to health-care related services so I do not say this lightly; I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wade to anyone interested in Invisalign or other orthodontic treatment.

I came to you a little bit back for TMJ Disorder. Heard that you were a great place to go to so I did. Come to find out that your place charges around 3 times the amount as any other TMJ Specialist. Didnt find this out till after the fact. Also needed to get a invisalign but was told to wait a couple months after the mouth piece for the TMJ. I ended up paying $1,700 all for only a mouth guard that anywhere else charges $300-$400 for the exact same thing. Also was not told that once I get the invisalign done the mouth piece for TMJ with be worthless. $1,700 for a temporary solution. So all in all yall screwed me out of my money. Everyone there is very nice but i think that overcharging and not telling all details is unprofessional.

I had visited Dr. Wades office for care previously and relocated and unable to come for services. However, I moved back to the Houston area and was welcomed back to Dr. Wades office for an emergency visit. I had a wait time of only 2 minutes and taken back for treatment. I was treated with such dignity and care and love love love the services I received. The dental hygenist even offered a helping hand as I squirmed in my seat when I had to be numbed. The professionalism, dilligent work, and care that Dr. Wade exhibits while working is priceless. Thanks so much to all the staff for exceeding my expectations in my time of discomfort. If you want world class service and the best quality, Dr. Ka-Ron Wades office is the place to be!

Dr.Ka-Ron Wade is a professional, kind, beautiful, nice. I am bless to have her as my dentist. She has been very helpful to me and my family. She has worked with financially when I didnt have enough money to have dental work. Her staff are also great and courteous. They are always pleasant and professional. They work with me through all my dental problems. I had a bad experience with a dentist some years ago. I met Dr. Wade at a health fair when I work at my old job 5 years ago. I told her what my problem was and she been working with me since then. "One teeth at a time". I would refer Dr. Wade to to anyone who needs a good dentist who cares with a great attitude. Thanks! I always tell my family and friends Doctor Wade is the best dentist in Houston! I was in excruciating pain for the past two days in the ER and there was nothing they could do for me. I called Dr. Wades office just to see if there was an opening and they told me I can be seen that day and immediately! Doctor Wade was very gentle and even tho I was in pain after a few minutes in her chair I was numb with a sigh of relief !! A class act, gentle, handled my mouth with care , very clean and organize , a neat and comfortable relaxing area ! And AFFORDABLE!!! Check her out!!!

Cosmetic Dental Texas is one of the most best kept secrets in the City of Houston Dr. Wade is very knowledgeable about her craft, and makes you as comfortable as you can be in a dental chair.She takes you step by step with care and empathy. The facilities are state of the art first class they are current with all of the technology, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly what more can you ask for? I am a totally satisfied patient.. This was the best dental experience that I had ever had. Dr. Wade was so educational to me and all my families needs. Ive been coming here for over 5 years. The main reason is because of the friendliness, welcoming staff as well as the obvious quick and efficient skills of Dr. Wade. This dental office has always been accommodating since the beginning and Ive had a few emergencies where I had to get in ASAP and theyve always made it happen. Its good to be able to depend on and trust your dentist. I recommend everyone come give Dr. Wade and her staff a try as you will never want to leave!
