I needed to find a new dentist for my 3 year old son. Our regular dentist would not provide treatment for his 5 fillings. He said we needed a pediatric dentist. The reviews for pediatric dentist on my dental plan were more negative than positive. I had received an advertisement in the mail for Friend-Ly dentists and decided to give them a call. I called on a day the office was closed, but was able to speak to an actual person, instead of a machine. She was very helpful and took all of my information. I was also told the office is general dentistry, but would be able provide treatment for my 3 yr. old son. I was told she would call me by the next day to let me know if my insurance was in network. I strongly believe, I will have a good experience, if your office staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. So this was a big part of my 5 star review. I was called back by the next morning and was able to schedule an appointment for that weekend. The office staff was great. Dr. Nguyen was very informative; she explained all the procedures, and treatment options. My son had to have two different sessions due to the 5 fillings. The first treatment session was provided by a different dentist, because Dr. Nguyen was on vacation. However the experience was great. The covering dentist was great interacting with my son and getting him to follow directions. My husband and I were very pleased. The next treatment session was done by Dr. Nguyen. She was also very friendly interacting with my son and able to get him to follow directions. This was the 1st time my 3 yr. old needed major dental work and they did an excellent job. As a parent this is very important. That they were able to provide a great experience for a 3 yr. old, should speak for itself. My husband and I were very pleased and have recommended them to everyone we know. It is also helpful because they are open late on Mondays and open on Saturdays. They called me to remind me of my appointments, and the office staff was very friendly and professional.

This is the BEST Dental Office I have ever been to! I have recommended The Drs Ly (Husband-Wife Dental Tag team) to everyone I know, heck even to strangers. If you dont have dental insurance, not to worry. This team will treat you like family! This dental office uses the newest technology in every aspect of your visit. Once you walk into the bright, cheerful office, you are surrounded by wonderful amenities. Netflix movies, Apple Radio style listening options, cold bottled waters & juices, coffees & teas. The staff is so amazing! The receptionists & assistants to the techs & hygienists. Once you are place in your exam room, you have your own huge flat screen television to choose what you would like to watch or what music you want to listen to. The equipment is all state of the art. Only the latest techniques & methods in dentistry are used at the Friend-Ly Dental office. Starting with the comfortable X-rays and the cleaning your teeth & gums using ultra-Sonic scalers (my teeth are so white & bright!). If you need a filling, they use the latest mix of resin fillings, which require a more conservative tooth preparation (less drilling) and can have a strengthening effect on the tooth. They can do root canals, topped with beautiful, bright white porcelain crowns. The Friend-Ly Dental team can accomplish just about anything your mouth might need! The Doctors Ly are a formidable team! I have never had such a pleasant & enjoyable visit to the dentist!

Best dentist I have been to since I was a little kid. They are a wonderful team of compassionate caring people. The ladies in the reception area watched my kids the whole time I was back there and treated them like their own. The office is very clean and welcoming and use high-tech machines/instruments. The Doctors are awesome and really care, they show you everything that is wrong and talk to you about it to put a plan together that works best for you. They are not pushy nor try to oversell and very affordable considering. They offer refreshments and also have an X-Box 360 Kinect, which my kids love, all rooms have flat screen TV and can watch movies while in the chair. Also my husband had to have an emergency root canal and they got him in 30 mins after calling and completed the work. I have always dreaded going to the dentist as do a lot of people, but going here makes it so much easier knowing that you will receive great care with wonderful people who treat you like family!! Highly recommend this place to all ages.

Hello my name is Joe. My experience with Friendly Dentist was GREAT. I had not been to the dentist in 11 years and decided to go back to get an oral exam and check up. I explained to them that I was nervous because the last dentist I visited was a traumatizing one for me. It kept me away for 11 years. Dr. Lee and his staff were courteous and well organized. They walked me through every step of the process and with great confidence. I received a deep clean from Dr. Lee with no pain. He was gentle and also explained to me what he was doing as he worked. Dr. Lee was so good I fell asleep on him while he was cleaning my teeth. NO I was not given any type of sleeping medication, I was given GREAT SERVICE. I recommend anyone whom had a fear of getting to the Dentist or having your teeth clean to visit Friendly Dentist. I know you will have a great experience like I did.

As with any operation at a dental office, even a filling can be rather nerve-racking process. I went into Friend-Ly Dentists to remove 3 of my wisdom and was astounded by the professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to patient comfort. From signing the consent forms to arriving on the chair, the staff at Friend-Ly Dentists made sure it was quick and smooth. Im sure everybodys different, but I was pleasantly surprised that it took merely 40 minutes from the numbing process (10-15 minutes) to the actually extraction (5 minutes for my top 2, and 10 minutes for my single bottom). It was just another 10 minutes to suture and gauze me up and TADA! one of the best dental experiences Ive had. Hats off to Dr. Ly and staff for the operation, and I cant wait for Dr. Nguyen to start my ortho work.

Coffin Gems

Had a bad back molar and my dental insurance provider was jerking me around, padding my bill for a simple extraction. Called Friend-Ly Dentists and they got me right in, didnt charge me for what I didnt need, and gave me a discount! Dr. Ly is wonderful! Hes so gentle, caring and friendly. The staff is simply wonderful and very nice. I love the Netflix movies you can watch while getting your teeth worked on! Awesome! They have free Keurig coffee and water for the patients in their warm and friendly waiting room. I ended up leaving with no offending molar, no pain, no bleeding, no stitches and no big bill to pay! my 7 years old daughter was there for her very first time to get her teeth pull out & she wasnt SCARE or CRY at all,,,bc Dr. Ly & Nguyen did a GREAT job on her..they both very FRIENDLY. After our first visit we come back for the second visit & my daughter is SUPER exciting to see Dr. Ly & Nguyen again,,she say that will be her FAVORITE dentist..We lived all the way in Richmond, Tx. but it was a WORTH driving for me taking my daughter to come see Dr. Ly & Nguyen,,everyone in the office is very, very friendly, nice & we LUV their office..very NEAT & CLEAN......Our next visit will be in January 2015 and my kids is already exciting to come back see Dr. Ly & Nguyen
