I would not recommend this dentist to ANYONE... Dr. Eckford is very nice however the office manager Alana was very rude. I had questions about being OVERCHARGED by $104 for a root canal. I brought my explanation of benefits from my insurance and she tried to convince me that I was supposed to pay $185 instead of the $81 reflected on my explanation of benefits and stated I was charged correctly. I called my insurance to reverify and I was informed I was overcharged and if they refused to refund my insurance would file a Financial complaint. I called them again and Alaina (the office manager) stated they had my refund my future appointments were cancled and I needed to find another dentist. So if you decide to go to this dentist make sure you are reviewing your benefits from your insurance because they will overcharge you for procedures. Its a shame for such an amazing dentist to have those type of people working in his office because it will defiantly cost him business.

My first appointment was scheduled and confirmed for a day the office was closed. When I arrive for my rescheduled appointment the office was running 30 minutes late due to understaffing. When I left two and a half hours later I had received an x-ray, a seemingly competent dentist consultation and a hasty, uncomfortable teeth cleaning. Overall disappointed despite the kind apologetic staff.

I will forever use this dentist! The staff has always been so friendly to me and my family on our appointments. They are very helpful. Dr. Eckford does a great job to make sure you feel no pain at all. I feel very comfortable in their office environment. I would highly recommend any and everyone to this office and dentist.
