Dr Carroll and his staff are awesome! I know dentist visits are not our favorite activity, but if you want one that is more confortable than any Ive been to, give them a call. Patients are treated with care and respect, if its just a cleaning or further work like the cavities I recently had filled. You are told upfront to raise your hand if there is any pain or need to take a breath.....rather than asking a bunch of questions that there is NO WAY you can answer with fingers and tools in your mouth. :-) I highly recommend them, especially if you live in the Spring/Woodlands area. Located at the Woodlands Mall location and is easy to get in and out. As an extra note, a few years ago I tried another local dentist for a cleaning and NO cavities. When done, I am advised of a few things they recommend....all NOT necessary to the tune of about $2000.00. Geeez! Have never had that here.So this should save you time shopping for a dentist. I saw great review, but I fell like we are seeing different dentists. The first visit was great and very comfortable for my son, who is 2 years old, but I noticed he would just come in and take a peek then walk away. The second visit the nurse (and shes great) said she saw 3 cavity in his teeth, then when she asked Doctor Carroll to come in, he just basically peek in and said, "yeah 3 cavity, he needs to go to another pediatric dentist because we dont do toddler filling here." And off hes goes. Luckily I got a second opinion because he doesnt have any cavity. I give 5 stars to his nurses who tries their hardest to make my son comfortable, but I give no star to dr. Carroll. Just an uncaring individual who dont even want to talk to his patients

My daughter Janelle has special needs and I was so happy to find this dentist. They were wonderful! They took time with Janelle and I was so happy that she was cooperating with them. She had some bad experiences at the past dentist, so I was overjoyed that this dentist was such a success. The staff was extremely patient and positive with her. They adapted to her needs I couldnt believe they got all the xrays as well. She has never done that before. So yes, I will be returning and Im thrilled to recommend Dr. Carroll and his staff!!

Dr. Carroll and his whole staff are just awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My 5 year old was terrified of going to Dentist, but after a few visits she is not even nervous when I tell her We are going to the Dentist. He and his assistants are very good at explaining everything they are doing and keeping her calm. I definitely recommend Dr. Carroll for the whole Family.
