Took all four of my kids this past Saturday for a check up and cleaning. I was truly impressed with the staff that day. My kids have been patients here before but Ive never had a great experience until Saturday. From the front desk to the assistants in the back our experience was great. The doctor was awesome gave me great feed back about my kids oral hygiene. The assistants made all my kids comfortable talked to them the whole time. And the new manager was super sweet and very hands on. I absolutely loved the staff on Saturday and can appreciate how everyone worked so nicely together. Im in the dental field myself and I would totally recommend this office to anyone. The office was very clean and organized. Thanks again to the staff at Kool Smiles. Well see you all again for our next check up.

Pissed me off when my 3yr old son was getting his teeth done & he was literally gargling his own saliva crying. His mouth was held open & he couldnt swallow of course thats what the vaccum was for to suck up the saliva a person is producing. The dentist wasnt even using it. I told her "hes choking"! & she replied with "Well thats what this is for..(lifts up instrument)...." I say "well why arent u using it then"! I was so upset my son was left traumatized & hates going to the dentist now...i have to fight him to stay down he will cry. Bad experience...pissed me OFF! How would she like if her mouth was forced kept open faced up and couldnt speak becuz the tremendous amount of saliva filling her throat

Had a dental emergency on a Saturday. I drove at least 50 miles around the Houston area looking for ANY dentist that was open. I was starting to panic. Then I came on Kool Smiles and they took me right in. Out of nowhere appeared a gorgeous woman you ever looked at: Dr Michele Anh. She is no nonsense and knows her business as does every other lady working in that office. She fixed my problem as easy as if she were fixing a picnic lunch basket. Painless, Painless, Painless. I felt so good when I left there I thought about running a marathon. Well...maybe not that good, but pretty good. (I did do a dance though, you can ask the receptionist) What a fantastic dental office. Highly Highly recommended.

Its like they dont want to do work on these kids. I have been trying to get the dental work done on these two kids, but when I bring them up there, they barely do anything each trip. Ive been up there 5 times already for one kid, and I have at least 3 more visits to do. Yesterday I came in, and one of the kids was complaining of temperature sensitivity on one tooth they had worked on, so all they did was do the bite test and shave one filling down a little to help the sensitivity. I take a half day off from work for THAT? Do some work on that kid! At some point I would really like to be done coming up there!!! I wouldnt pick this place again. Once theyre done here I wont come back.

I made an appointment with kool smiles about a month in advance. Got a confirmation call a few days prior. Took off work, and made arrangements so everything would work out with my kids and their school. Then four hours prior to the appointment I received a call from them informing me that their hygienist actually works at two of their offices and would not be at that location but they could see us Monday. I dont know how businesses get away with this after informing the customer that there is a cancellation fee if you dont give 24 hour notice. Very unprofessional. If you have a situation with an employee, schedule around it, its not that hard of a task. Looking for a new dentist now.

I just visited this passed Friday morning with my 5-year-old. She needed a primary tooth extracted, and we were able to do same-day treatment with no problem. Dr. Suzy and Ms. Alisha did fantastic and explained everything to my baby and myself, making sure we understood every step. They worked great together and gave us a smooth, satisfying experience just like all of our other visits. Ive been bringing my toddlers here since they were babies! We absolutely love it here! Thank you to Dr. Suzy and Ms. Alisha and the rest of the wonderful, friendly staff!!

The Staff was friendly & knowledgable, the office is Clean & Has an indoor play area for the kids that are waiting to be seen, including a padded slide, a computer game station & Disney Channel TV area. They are bilingual & very kid-friendly. My boys enjoyed picking out toys from the Treasure Chest after being seen. The only reason I didnt give it the Full 5 Stars, was due to "Wait Time" on a Busy afternoon, but apparently that is to be expected during "Back-To-School" Season. Other than that we were very pleased with the Treatment, Staff, & Facility.

This is a good dental office.I was kind of scared at first I took my 7 yr old for work to be done.I thought maybe they would have a bad experience with him as the previous dentist did he was so afraid they couldnt get the work done.so I bought him to look smiles where they did a very good job in calming him and making him feel relaxed also they did good dental care on him twice. So I feel more comfortable with bringing him here for checkups and dental work.thank you look smiles I felt very comfortable bringing my child to you.

I love, love, love the staff!! If I could give them 10 stars or more I would. My children have been going to the Aldine location for the last year. Dr. Vandermeyden does an tremendous job!! Pattie, Juana, Patricia, Amy, & Aleta goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are fantastic with the kids. Above all...the staff are always smiling and in good spirits. If youre looking for a professional, kids friendly dentist office, look no further!! You wont be disappointed. The best dentist office by far.

This is going to be our third time at Kool Smiles and each time the process gets easier for my little one. We enjoy the attention and how they cater to the children ,love the play area the receptionist is always very nice and informed. The doctors in the hygienist very patient and spend the quality time to go over the childrens x-rays,care instructions and treatment plans. Definitely have and will continue to refer parents to Kool Smiles for their Dental care.

I been taking my kids for at least 2 years and always a nice atmosphere, all of them very nice, educated and respectful, they are gentle with my kids, never complain about pain for a rough cleaning and/or treatment. I will recommend to the parents with small children to start they dental hygiene at Kool Smiles. Juanita and Patricia are very confident and helpful. My daughter has had a few bad dental experiences in the past making it very difficult to get her in for even a check up. Today was our first visit at Kool Smiles and she loved it! The play area was a big perk and the back was beautifully decorated for the children! My daughter is actually excited about coming back for her treatment! Special thanks to Ms. Melanie and Ms. Alisha for making this experience a great one!!!
