I took my German shepherd to All Care Animal Hospital for boarding (about 7 days) and got back from my trip a day early (unplanned). Instead of leaving my dog in the hands of All Care, I decided to go ahead and pick him up before my reservation ended. When I got there, and explained that I was early, the man behind the counter seemed a bit anxious and told me that my dog had not received his "complementary" bath yet. I said it was no problem, that I knew how to bathe my dog as he laughed it off seemingly nervous. When I received my dog, it took only the walk out to the car to realize he was covered in urine (mostly dry). He had three or four patches of solid waste smeared throughout his fur coat. It looked as though they had quickly run a comb through it on my arrival. His rear end was layered with very dry, crusted poop, with an extremely raw, inflamed anus, that it took him about a week to release without pain and discomfort. I paid this business a good amount of money to give my dog nothing more than a humane visit, instead, it seems my dog was living in his own waste the entire time. Even basic treatment towards animals seems not to be obtained by their actions. Its unfortunate that I cannot say that I will never give them my business as they are (somehow) the only 24hr animal hospital in the area I reside, should my dog ever approach a die-hard time of need. But even then, I have a back up location if I feel he can make it. What a horrible situation they have placed me in. To the business: Your customer service is a front. There are many intelligent, aware people in this world capable of seeing through your unacceptable behaviors. I hope their choice of business leads them away as they realize their furry loved ones could not possibly deserve your unacceptable provisions. To us theyre not just pets, theyre living beings. As a side note: Im not sure who or what system is in charge of relaying the final star ranking of this business to the public, but according to the 12 votes placed this time, the mathematically correct average ranking, based off public vote, is 2.7 STARS out of 5. Thats about a 55% success rate based off of consumer recordings. Take note: If you see any higher-ranked number on the screen for All Care Animal Hospital of Minneola, FL, they are misleading you.

Awful! Our dog suddenly became not herself late in the day Thurs. My mother assumed it was an upset stomach. She gave it til the following morning, trying to not jump to conclusions. She brought our dog here and found out it was more of a serious situation. Naturally, her mind went in 7 different directions and was instructed to leave her for 3 day observation, blood work, and antibiotics. My mother left at noon. Our dog passed at 3pm. The employee who put my mothers information into their system, put her number in WRONG. She DIDNT verify it. She DIDNT ask for a backup phone number. She DIDNT ask for any other form of contact. It is YOUR jobs to continue to think straight for those who cant concerning members of our families, when entrusting our babies to your "care". If my mother had not called on her own to check in on her at 7pm, WHO KNOWS WHEN SHE WOULDVE FOUND OUT. She was told she could go in and view her and be able to say goodbye. My mom was in no condition to drive herself, so we werent able to get there as a family until 830pm. We were then told they already wrapped her and wasnt recommended to see her. They wanted to charge my mom her balance for our dogs hospitalization when they only had her for 3 hrs. There was no hospitalization!! The nurse on duty said she would probably get in trouble for taking that charge off, did anyway, so thank u to her specifically, BUT your office dropped the ball. There should have already been some form of comping for that, or anything really, already in the system. AND then my mom was charged for a burial box. What!?!?! After leaving emotional, we realized today, Saturday, they DID NOT give us her collar. My mom called and she was told they needed to ask the personnel if theyve seen it or even still have it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Disorganized. So disgusted. The communication within and from this place is appalling.

I went to All Care for an emergency this past mothers day. My fur baby hurt his leg. On the initial exam the Dr said seems like a sprain. He also said that his heart murmur (had since 1 1/2 years old)sounded loud. Get him checked by his primary veterinarian. I am temporarily staying in Minneola so I decided to consult with my vet and see this vet. After some tests were run the results were devastating. He was dx with an enlarged heart, a whole in his heart; as well as a few other things. They put him on some meds and referred me to the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital in Gainesville. (Btw they both take care credit, which is the only way I could have afforded any of this) Im currently awaiting a call from the Cardiologist with the final decision as to whether or not he is a candidate for surgery. If it had not been for All Care Animal Hospital I wouldnt be able to try to save him. Everyone there has been knowledgeable, friendly and understanding to a worried, on the phone 5 times a day, fur mommy. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. I cant thank them enough for everything.

Horrible hospital. Horrible people. Liars!!!! My dog was VERY ill. I took her in for treatment. Spent a down payment on a car trying to keep her alive. I spoke with the Vet, the staff, and all of the night staff personnel and begged them to call me if my dog took a turn for the worse. I gave them my home number, two cell numbers... every thing. My dog did pass away. She died early one morning. I was called at 8am by the Vet. When I got there to pick up my dog she was dirty, unclean, and put in a box. I was told she would be cleaned up... The vet tech gave me two times of death. 7:10am, and a few minutes later 7:35am... Vet called at 8am. I felt my puppy, she was cold, and stiff. I LOVED my dog. I would have paid whatever they asked... take my boat, take my RV, take my stupid motorcycle... I begged them to call me, at ANY time if she was taking a turn for the worse. I did not want her to die in a cold room with strangers. These people are insensitive. The Vet is knowledgeable yes, good at what she does, but the staff is worthless!!!!! If you dont like what I said... sue me and go to hell!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My dog had heart failure and we knew the end was coming, we took him to the vet early in the day and they said we had the option to put him to sleep or spend thousands of dollars and he still not make it, so we decided to take him home for 1 last night at home with the family so everyone could say goodbye we knew he wouldnt make it until morning and we called this place asking if they would be able to make him comfortable while our mom was on a plane from NY to get here in time to say good bye. They were so rude and the first thing they asked was have you been here before? Do you know the prices? It was so rude and then to tell us the vet refused to put him on oxygen for 2 hrs until my mom arrived, they said just bring him so we can euthanize him! They are horrible people who are not compassionate AT ALL please take your animal to VEC in Orlando its only 30 from clermont on the turnpike they were WONDERFUL they could not have made this difficult time any easier! Some people should not be in pet care!
