Wish we had read these reviews before my wife and I took our daughter there today. I can’t really comment on care given. We got none. My daughter was injured during basketball practice on the high school team. Her coach said it was a possible concussion. We needed to have her looked at to be certain she was OK. We tried calling the center to see if we could come in. All we got was voicemail each time we called. Their hours were listed as closing at 12:00 noon on Saturday. So we decided to drive there anyway as they were the closest medical facility. We arrived at 11:50. Walked in and a woman named Mary sitting behind the counter asked us what we needed. Explained the situation to her and she said ‘well we close in 10 minutes.’ I said we tried to call as we headed her way but she said they don’t answer phones on Saturdays. Huh? Anyway she says she has to check to see if they can see my daughter. She sticks her head into a door to the next room and speaks with a woman in there. Immediately turns around and tells us sorry they are full for the day and reminds me again that they close in 10 minutes. Suggests we drive 15 miles down to the hospital in Lakewood. So that’s what we did. I repeated this story to three employees of the hospital and they couldn’t believe it. We won’t ever go to this so-called medical center again. The staff cared more about getting out on time than taking care of a patient.

This place has gone down hill bad, we have been going here for 15 years and our last experience WILL be the last. The office staff is rude as HELL could care a less about anything except when they get off. The new Doctor Michael Roberts has no experience check him out before you see him. Last week we called early to be appointment for the same afternoon as done in the past it will take a month to get a doctor appointment but was told to come in as walk in around 4,once we arrived the as a sign turning people away to many people told to go else where no one cared what the problem was, rude as hell all they cared about was when they were getting off we will find better care else where this place should be shut down!!!! It is sad it used to be a great place What the heck happened here which out Dr. Brekhus there is nothing there great doctor but someone needs to get a hold of this mess here medical records are out of control no one cares about anything a last of time going there will not again that is for sure hope someone is smart enough to get our records transferred soon

Terrible Terrible Staff here!!! Rude and clinically irresponsible! I was driven to this clinic more than an hour before their closing time and was told they werent taking anymore walk-ins. I pleaded, "Ive got chemical burns on my eyes." The desk attendant said, "Were full, so...." We asked if she could suggest an alternative and she gave us a vague suggestion to try Golden then wasted my time wanting to know what happened so she could satisfy her curiosity. That done, she drifting off and started fooling with some filing cabinets and we basically didnt exist anymore. No segue. Just... Shes doing something else now. There were two or three other staff floating around behind the desk with her actively witnessing all this without a word. If the staff is that bad, no way do I want to see their doctor!!! After driving over 15 mi to another clinic, I was quickly triaged for continuing chemical damage despite their being very busy and ultimately diagnosed with mild chemical burns to my face and eyelids.

I have been seen at this office for a couple of years and I think that this place is definitely not the worst. I have brought my daughter here when she broke her finger and the staff was awesome! Dr Michael was kind, professional and prompt. I have been seen by several different Drs. and they have all listened and had great bed side manners and have had no problem with getting me in. That being said, I have had issues been getting a hold of them and I had issues getting a referral. They had said they had sent a referral to a PT for a hip injury and when I called to make an appointment the PT didnt have the referral. I called a bunch of times to get the referral submitted and they never called me back. Fortunately I was able to do the PT on my own so it didnt affect me as much as someone else might have been. They are a hell of a lot nicer than my kids pediatrician at Aspen Park Pediatric...shes awfully snobby and has said things to my daughter that are not her place to say.

This is most definitely not patient centered care. Perhaps this would be an OK option if you need an emergency x-ray or a quick throat swab but not for general care or anything that requires follow up. Due to insurance and accessibility this has been my only medical provider for over a year now and the bad experiences far outweigh the good. Trying to reach a doctor for follow up or test results is near impossible. Typically a medical assistant calls with any results and they cant answer any questions although usually I found they wont give results at all you are required to make another appointment. When being prescribed a new medication again a medical assistant cant answer questions about it or offer up options ( in my case they could not even pronounce it) . I find I get more information from Google and my pharmacist.

I do not recommend this clinic. I was terribly sick and pregnant and went there to see if I had strep. They did a common strep test which came back negative. They took a strep b swab and said they would call within 3 days with the results. They called me 7 days later to tell me I tested positive. They offered a prescription but said they couldnt submit it until the next day when the doctor I saw was in. So I went 8 days horribly Ill not knowing that I had a rare strain of strep and when they finally called me back they told me they couldnt call the prescription in until the following day. I ended up calling my gynecologist since I was pregnant at the time and they got me the meds I needed right away. Its scary to think that they could not handle a simple strep test and follow up call with the results and meds.

I am a patient there. I like that they have their own x-ray machine. I do not like their slacker attitude toward inquiries. When calling, I have never been connected directly to any doctors assistant, always voice mail, and always the same warning that a response may take "up to 48 to 72 hours", which is poor practice (and not great english). But what is worse is that I can never expect to be contacted at all. Prescription requests are subject to the same wait time. They also do not seem to be well organized. I once watched a mother become highly upset when she had waited more than 30 minutes with her injured child only to be told that the x-ray machine was down. In my opinion, their management needs either to be empowered to make staff / policy improvements, or to be replaced.
